Ok, I don't have many favorite side characters in ADJL, so this post will focus on Danny Phantom

First is Danny's mentors or teachers. Danny is quite lucky to have great teachers in his constantly-struggling hero life, I must say😉

Next is Danny's clones. I once had some headcanons about how Dani trying to catch up with Danny who's getting more and more powerful day by day, but then fair game happened. I guess she'll find her own place in this world at last, together with her new-found big brother😂

And Desiree because she's beautiful :P

As for ADJL, I could only think of Susan so far. I'll make another post about it if possible

headcanon: Danny sometimes absorbing his enemies skillsets is a direct result of a portal opening on top of him and his entire body being forced to absorb an opening portal and thereby opening something of a portal within him. He's like a little vacuum. 🌌 A̴ ̴b̷a̵b̴y̴ ̶b̶l̸a̴c̷k̸ ̸h̷o̶l̷e̸.̶ 🌌Danny is a doorway now. He can let energy in, and he can absolutely kick it back out.

That whole thing with Vortex? Cuz he got portaled. Dream walking? Portaled. Ghostly Wail? Always within his abilities ofc but he learns it way earlier than Dan did. Why?

Portaled. Void? Portaled. Absorbing enemies attacks and shooting them back at them? Portaled. Etc.

Vlad doesn't have this ability because he only got it to the face and he wasn't inside the proto-portal when it blasted him.

#i always headcannoned that he has an omnicore #when playing the urban jungle game I found it odd that he could use other elements when he has an ice core #especially since we don't see any other ghosts with this type of ability #even glad has a certain subset of skills that he's locked into #the only logical conclusion is that Danny's core can adapt #the reason he appears to have an ice core is because the yetis are the first ghosts he naturally feels safe with #outside of maybe Clockwork #but what kind of core would someone like clockwork have #baby animals tend to adapt to the adult they feel safe with and take on their characteristics #I see that being the same way with ghost cores #but if Clockwork would have something like an omnicore as well then it would make sense that Danny wouldn't show signs because it is rare
