My English is a combination of translator and what I learned at school and a lot of other ways (English cartoons, fanfics, surfing Tumblr. Learning new stuffs everyday), so it's all weird. Forgive me if I ever misuse any words? Also my bad grammar (I'll fix them if I notice, mostly, maybe, kinda). Though, now I'm more casual about it than before :3

1. Faculty and staff
Headmastress (1st-6th grade): Chang
She's a double agent for the Ministry of Magic. She uses dragon heartstring wand and has a chimp familiar doing all the dirty works for her. Her lifelong goal is to seize the Sorcerer's dark magic and gain a permanent dragon Animagus form, and the spell in need of all 3 of the trio. How could she still be headmaster for so long? Well, she have some ways :)
Divinations (1st-6th grade) and Headmaster (7th grade-later): Clockwork--Mr. Krow Kcolc
Divination Professor, who secretly masters time magic and owns a Time-Turner. (He doesn't really know divination. But hey, who said time magic isn't a kind of divination?)
He's the trio's favorite professor. They love visiting him for advice or hoping for a glimpse of their future, and Clockwork always tell them to enjoy the present, everything will work out.
He has an orange owl familiar...huh, an intelligent one.

She's a nice professor, also the one saving Randy from his mess and escorting him later

Defense Against the Dark Arts (1st-3rd grade): Mac Antfee
He's a "passionate" teacher who loves to show students "the real deal", by letting them face off some really dangerous creatures and test their skills. Likely a nightmare of students who just yelling at them from the bleachers and a safe distance away while they are screaming and running.
He's also a former auror, who's fired for misconduct. He teaches dangerously reckless lessons until the end of Year 3
Defense Against the Dark Arts (4th-? grade): Vlad Masters
He's Danny's nightmare. Turns out the reason he pays so much attention to Danny is because he knows Danny's parents and had a crush on Danny's mom. However, he's quite delighted to see Danny's in Slytherin like he was when in Hogwarts.
Groundskeeper: Wulf
He's an example of what happens when you do an animagus spell wrong and you get permanently stuck between forms. He's a humanoid wolf person who speaks Esperanto.
2. Supporting Cast
Howard Weinerman
Randy's Muggle childhood friend who wants to sneak into Hogwarts and hang out with him
Tucker Foley (Ravenclaw)
Obsessed with magical electronic inventions, mapped all secret castle passages, has a one-sided academic rivalry with Spud.
Sam Manson (Slytherin)
Herbology prodigy, secretly grew a Whomping Willow sapling in the Slytherin common room. She'll play an important role whenever involving with plants.
Spud (Hufflepuff)
Consistently outperforms all Ravenclaws in exams, capable of crafting Portkeys, laid-back personality.
Trixie (Gryffindor)
Nigel Thrall (Slytherin)
Quidditch player, school bully with a tsundere personality and has a one-sided rivalry with Jake.
Fu Dog
Jake's family companion, permanently transformed into an ordinary dog after a botched spell.
The Creep
His animagus form is an owl, Clockwork's ally, delivered Randy's Hogwarts letter and the Nomicon, holds the Philosopher's Stone for immortality.

Ghost of the First Ninja
Creator of the Nomicon, sacrificed himself to seal the Sorcerer, one of Hogwarts' founders, only visible to Randy.

Permanent Slytherin ghost, rides a Thestral ghost steed through castle corridors.
Box Ghost
Castle prank spirit, equivalent to Peeves in canon HP.
Poindexter
Ghost murdered in the underground catacombs, central figure of a school murder mystery plot.
4. Other Villians
Amanda Levay (Sorceress)
Loyal subordinate of the Sorcerer, infiltrates Hogwarts disguised as a student, specializes in mind manipulation and assassination.
Spectra (Slytherin)
A young student consumed by jealousy of Prefect Jazz; drains magic from others using the Sorcerer's orb.
Rose
Descendant of magical beast hunter bloodline, a Squib who relies on traps and hand-to-hand combat. Trainee Auror sent undercover, competes as a Beauxbatons champion in the Triwizard Tournament.
Warden Walker
Azkaban prison warden.
5. Magical Creatures
Tengu
Captured by Chang to harvest its feathers for her grand ritual; escaped captivity. Its venom can open dimensional rifts. The trio rescues it and names it Howard.
Krylock
Venomous, pure evil serpent-scorpion hybrid beast, opponent during Triwizard Tournament trials.
Obscurus
Shapeless shadow monsters born from repressed magic; the Sorcerer can mass-produce them.
Undergrowth (Forest Guardian Spirit)
Ancient magical entity bound by an old pact; the Forbidden Forest's flora acts as a natural seal containing the Sorcerer.
Secret Trio and the Monster Plague (Hogwarts AU outline of 2nd Grade)
Sorry for the delay, haha. 👉👈This was supposed to be made months ago. I just keep having headaches when looking at those messy words.

Randy told Howard all about his 1st Grade adventures during summer break. Howard couldn't stand being left behind in the Muggle world and begged Randy to help him sneak into Hogwarts illegally.
Randy crafted a temporary fake wand with the little information he got from the grimoire Nomicon, in order to let Howard pretend to be a wizard.
Howard cannot ride brooms, nearly fell to his death during Flying lessons, and misused magical candy for pranks that cost Gryffindor countless house points.
Some students were missing. Rumors spread, but the school staffs covered up the truth roughly, leaving Randy concerned for his Muggle friend's safety.
Spectra was a Slytherin student, who's jealous of the Ravenclaw prefect Jazz, constantly competing against her. One day, she stumbled upon the underground citadel entrance and found an orb (Sorcerer's chaos pearl). She later discovered that the orb feeds on others' negative emotions, capable of draining magic and controlling people's minds.
Spectra bullied and tormented classmates deliberately to fuel the orb. Students drained of magic lost their consciousness and mutated into feral monsters, which were the missing students everyone was searching for.
Hordes of monsters poured out of the underground citadel and attacked Hogwarts, sending all students and staff fleeing in panic.
Monsters cornered the trio. To protect Randy and Danny, Jake transformed into a giant dragon, fending off the beasts. His dragon Animagus secret was known to the entire school. Most students viewed Jake with fear and suspicion, while Slytherins like Nigel developed complicated feelings toward the fact. Danny and Randy stood by Jake's side, against all school prejudice.
With monsters' rampaging and the headmistress's cold attitude, the trio realized she can't be trusted. They have to save people by themselves
The Nomicon revealed new knowledges about the monster plague to the trio, including an ancient potion recipe that can purify the orb's dark corruption magic and turn the mutated students back to their human forms. They included Sam in the mission and used her advanced Herbology knowledge to assist with making the antidote
With the help of some cooperative professors, they managed to sneak around campus after class to gather potion ingredients to heal infected students in secret, while evading Chang's surveillance
While searching the catacombs for clues, the trio found a torn treasure map (marking the Sorcerer's sealed location)
When Spectra was exploring the underground for more orbs, she accidentally witnessed Chang and Amanda plotting to release the Sorcerer. She was caught and Chang took away the Sorcerer's orb, adding it to her collection of ritual ingredients for her upcoming spell.
Chang's afraid Spectra would expose her scheme. She sent Amanda to murder her, and an innocent student (Poindexter) who witnessed it was caught up and killed, too. Then lied to the school that Spectra had transferred to cover it up.
In the end, all mutated students were fully cured, and the school returned to surface-level peace
Ministry of Magic officials found Howard trespassing on Hogwarts grounds. He's sent back to the Muggle world, promising to reunite with Randy during summer vacation.
The trio was awarded because they saved those mutated students. Amanda was looking at the ceremony in the dark. She knew one of them must have the grimoire.
