Gluten free dinner!! Kale & cauliflower rice with garlic & sun dried tomatoes. With or wo pecorino cheese. Butternut squash coconut milk soup with shrimp & Brussel sprouts. Right before you eat, squeeze the lime juice💚
Gluten free portobello & cheese ravioli😋♥️ from Whole Foods was amazing with pesto sauce with sautéed broccoli & leeks. The side is grilled curried parsnip and grilled asparagus & shiitake. Yum!
Juice life started 🥤🤩 We got a Panasonic slow juice machine. And we are pretty much pleased with it & now, we are addicted to juice making. Even if it’s slow, the total juice making takes only a couple of minutes. So far, our favorite juice were the pink juice recipe above + lemon. And green juice with wheat grass, ginger, turmeric, apple, lime & mint. We drink them first thing in the morning everyday now. It’s the best investment we did and instantly made us feel good. We only buy organic fruits and veggies for the juice. We wash & prepare them thoroughly. I was never a big fan of veggie juice. And still, I don’t think I will buy veggie juice in the store or juice bar. But I really enjoy preparing the juice and making juice by ourselves.
Gluten-free Banana Bread 🍌 (Steamed:top & Baked:bottom)
This is the first time for using the recent acquisition of Muji Hand Mixer. I formed egg white bubble with it for the fluffy moist bread. Also the key to this recipe is the organic earl gray tea, which makes the bread more flavorful and not flat banana taste.
And it was success! After sliced and put it in the fridge for making it last, the best way to have it is to toast it so that the surface is crispy and the inside is moist. And put the butter. 😋

- to reduce the carbs, its half cauliflower rice & a half rice. We could have completely removed rice….
- instead of milk, I used macadamia milk.

Spaghetti squash with eggplant tomato sauce So delicious and filling. No meat involved. It's good to sprinkle goat gouda or garlic yogurt.
Veggie dinner It's a half eggplant per person. It gets so soft and delicious when it was grilled with olive oil. And grilling vegetables with olive oil, curry powder, garlic & ginger powder, salt & pepper is the golden combination. Keto breakfast 🍳 - sautéed garlic kale - maple sausage - beets - radish - grilled asparagus - sunny side up Grilled vegetables with extra virgin olive oil are so flavorful and delicious. We don't put any salt etc.
Keto lunch Grilled turkey marinated in garlic powder & ginger powder is so simple and delicious! Kale salad with lemon juice & olive oils dressing and flax seed.
Curry flavor delicious dinner Grilled parsnip, cauliflower, broccoli and spinach with Oliver oil, curry powder, salt + pepper I didn't know how delicious grilled parsnip is!!
