Also like, pride flags are usually coloured stripes wherein the colours have some significance to the community, either pre-existing or imagined by the flag design, referencing other flags in the community (Ex; white = non-binary, pink = trans women, blue = trans men on the trans pride flag. The gay men's flag is the lesbian flag but toothpaste coloured because they like to think they're minty fresh but they're actually just mad women had something they didn't). for many types of hazards and inconveniences happening in your neighborhood, the fastest, least confrontational, and easiest way to make it stop is to walk to that location at 3am in anonymizing clothes from a direction that does not point towards your own house, and repair, steal, vandalize, or disable whatever the problem is. this is ethical to do as long as it does not involve endangering life or livelihood and is objectively an improvement to the area. anonymous notes are also a great tool but they need to be written with a tone of intense calm and include very feasible and easy-to-enforce consequences. your chances of getting "caught" in any way that matters while doing this kind of weird errand in the middle of the night is flat zero if you follow even basic opsec
