rlly admire ur art a whole lot!! I love how u use of colour and your spontaneous lines n just all I feel like all the details of ur art have such an intersting personality to them which i find rlly satisfying to look at !!! :3

no pressur to answer this at all, but also trying to get into drawing more on ms paint due to having limited tech rn (noticed u tag that in most of ur art n how I found u :"D) wondering if u have any advice or tips based around ur own process? btw looks v fucking cool!! I keep coming back just to stare in awe at all ur stuff :">>>

oh omg hi!! ;_: !! I'm super flattered. actually i don't think i'eve ever answered an ask before ? but I shall try hehe! Yes so the art I've been posting is mainly drawn on ms paint (Windows 11 version) but occasionally I will do color edits on a different program (ex. Firealpaca!). The compression to jpg has been kind of intentional which makes a fun pixelly/low quality work but it started because I would enter art in the neopets art contests which have very tiny and strict file limits. But I find the artifacts of the image make it look nostalgic which I love that effect of now so I post the artifacted version! (Maybe that also helps deter art thieving?) ^_^.

I'm not sure if I really have an general advice but in regards to my own style. but!! I can elaborate and what I do. So I tend to switch between using layers on ms paint (yes it has layers now!) but only like a couple. And then i draw on one layer for the most part. It's a bit fun drawing over my flaws and adding on to it instead of trying to make the perfect line. I have hand tremors so in part with lack of pen stabilizer on mspaint, i feel like my strokes are really mine. Color wise i tend to start largely from the default palette while just playing around with colors based off of it. I find it's also fun to use more than one brush in a drawing because it adds a nice variety of texture !!
