MTF trans tips
I see lot of ftm trans tips and not a lot of mtf trans
Walking: Try to walk with your hips more than your shoulders. Take smaller strides. (If your in school try carrying a book or your binder by your side or to your chest. It tends to be a more feminine action.)
Speaking: Try to talk softer and more often. Women tend to talk with their whole mouth rather than just the bottom of their mouth (if that makes any sense). Voice Pitch Analyzer is a really great app to find out how your voice is perceived as far as gender goes. Even just talking with your hands, like gesturing a lot.
Sitting: Don’t slouch. Cross your legs. If you don’t feel comfortable crossing your legs, try to not have such a huge space between your knees. Sitting up straight and/or leaning into a conversation normally come off as more feminine.
Clothes: If you can try shopping in the womens section because womens clothing is cut to show off a figure while most mens clothing is cut to be comfortable. If you can’t shop in the womens section, then try to buy jeans that are designed to be more form fitting. Shirts are normally very unisex, but womens shirts tend to be more colorful and/or saturated. (Sorry, I don’t know how the sizing changes!)
Shoes: Depending on your shoe size, you probably can’t shop for womens shoes so try and pick up on what kinds of shoes women around you wear and find something similar. Most women (that i know!) don’t wear high heels or flats. Normally, a simple pair of sneakers will do.
Hair: If you can’t get your hair cut in a feminine way or grow it out long, don’t put gel in it! Puting gel in your hair, if its visible (I don’t know if this makes sense, but if its your hair is gelled stiff it comes off as more masculine). Most hair cuts will come off more feminine if you don’t put gel in them. Also if you do get your hair cut, ask them to round out the sides.
If you go to school:
Name: If you’re unsure if your teacher would use your preferred name, I’ve found that just asking them to use a unisex name similar to your preferred one. If it’s unisex, they probably won’t ask questions or refuse to use it, especially if you can come up with an excuse.
Locker Rooms/Physical Education: If you don’t enjoy changing in the locker room and you’re out, try talking to the gym coach in charge of your locker room. Normally something can be worked out. If you don’t enjoy changing and your not out, the best advice I can give is to try to change quickly and be out and in as fast as possible. (I don’t have any advice for this that’s not super complicated.)
Toiletries: If you’re closeted the best way would probably be run to a local store, normally a dollar store or target or something, whenever you have free time. (Tip: If just buying feminine toiletries alone would be too obvious, try buying other things with it to fill your bag and put the toiletries at the bottom) If you a mom or sister(s), try buying the same or similar products/brands so that it blends in. If you buy around Christmas time or some holiday, you can say its a present for a friend or secret santa gift.
Hope these can help y'all! If there’s anything I missed or you guys wanna add please do!
Let’s go, Pride Knights!

I JUST REALIZED SOMETHING. D:
Pink took Pearl’s hands, crossed them one over the other, and said, “Let’s never speak of this again.” After this, Pearl was literally incapable of talking about what she did.
In The Answer, Rose took Garnet’s hands, crossed them one over the other, and told her, “No more questions.”
And now Garnet “can’t” ask questions.
@outofthisgxlaxy
I just want to point out that in the podcast they discussed one of the rules in the show bible being that Garnet can’t ask questions. The writers are not allowed to write garnet asking a question ever. The explanation was that they do this in order to keep her sounding decisive, which makes sense in keeping with her future vision and confident attitude. I literally have not thought about this scene since the episode aired and now I’m screaming because listen
Is this a cute nod to their writing strategy? OR is their decision to make this characterization rule alluding to a much much darker thing that they haven’t been telling us?
