I want to trust so badly. And I feel like I can’t especially in relationships. With my woman friendships it seldomly happens. But in relationships? Why does my trust get broken every time even if I’m really trying to trust? How do I get new experiences and safety in that?

My experience is that I shouldn’t be trustful because every time something really trust-breaking comes out? I’m so frustrated.

I don’t think anyone will read this but I would really like some experiences and thoughts on this from other people. Do you have anything to share?
