The “secret” to feeling rich

It’s simple really, if you want to feel rich live below your means. 

Since most people don’t understand this let me clarify it for you...keep your income to expense ratio in balance. 

You really need to be at a 2 to 1 income to expense ratio or higher.  Focus both on cutting expenses and increasing income until you hit that “sweet spot”.

Once you do, you’ll never feel enslaved by money again. 

Why? Because for every hour you work that’s an hour you just bought of maintaining your current lifestyle where you didn’t have to work if you didn’t want to.

That’s having disposable income that is equivalent to your expenses...every dollar that comes in is a dollar you can spend on yourself, invest in the future, pay for incidental expenses, save up for luxury items, etc.
