Scorpio/8th House Placements: Irrational Obsession That Meant To Let Go

We all know that Scorpio/8th house placements are obsessive at some level cuz afterall, they are intense sign. A lot of situations in their life support that too, starts from the intense irrational hatred that they get from other people, their very ups and downs life, to sudden improvement that they have. All of those things shape very intense way of thinking and feeling to Scorpio/8th house placement. People going to say they are dramatic, but if your life has pushed you with very emotionally and mentally charging situations, won't you be intense? One noticeable thing about Scorpio/8th house placement is that they are being obsessed with something or someone (most of the times it's someone) at some points of their life. By obsession, I mean really obssessed that their world is revolved around that person. They could smell the person's presence by the signature scent of this person's body, their voice, the way they move and speak, their laugh, and it even leads to sort of enmenshment that all of this person's life experiences is somehow also being integrated to Scorpio/8th house life experiences but most importantly, to Scorpio/8th house's emotional, mental, and spiritual life.

Scorpio/8th house placement indeed carry out obsessive style in love. It can happen to almost all people they are involved romantically, even with their friendship. I have heard multiple times where Scorpio/8th house cry when their friend don't want befriend with them anymore or wait for that friend to come to them only to find out that this friend won't come to them. Depending on the chart, they may not that obsessive toward everyone they are involved with. Scorpio/8th house's obsession toward people have different level. There are mild obsession and hardcore obsession. The one I'm talking here is the hardcore one. Like someone has mentioned before, Scorpio/8th house first and most obsessive love toward someone happen when they are teenager (15-16 years old) or even younger (12-13 years old). As if it aligns with saying how teenager life is very determining for your future.

Depending your life situation, this hardcore obsession can happen again in your 20s with person who also represent perfection for you, which can be different level of obsession since your life outside romantic life has evolved. But your most noticeable and obsessive love usually is only one and happen in your teenage years. This most obsessive love can count by hands, usually not more than 3, just 2 even.

I have said in here that the level of obsession that Scorpio/8th house has is mesmerizing. One notable note here is that Scorpio/8th house obsession toward someone is always done to someone that represent perfectness in their life. This person can almost have no flaws. Everything about them start from their looks, intelligent, social status, how they are seen and treated by society, even their seemingly bright future glued Scorpio/8th house placements to the core. Again, like Scarlett who has deep crush on Ashley who's handsome, wealthy, respectable in society, calm demeanor, have many skills (riding horse, dissecting literature, even survive at war) meanwhile she's scandalous and even biggest flirt. Same with Gatsby when he was still poor has deep crush on Daisy who's beautiful, wealthy, and also have large social circle (Scorpio being Libra in sidereal: attraction to perfection). That's what make Scorpio/8th house placement chase this person so much. Oftentimes, it even goes for years. One of my Scorpio friend pining on someone for 6 years. Another one is 7 years. You see the longetivity of that feeling just show how intense they are.

The notes in here is that since I have said that their utmost obsession (one lifetime experience) happen to someone they find the most perfect, that means that it's time for them to reevaluate what's in their life that they are lacking. Could be them insecure with their looks, financial condition, how they are treated with society. Most of Scorpio/8th house have problems with people be it family or friends that a lot of times they like someone who' antithesis of them, someone who's very likeable by society. It's a great platform for them to look deeper at their life. Pluto's influence is all about learning about yourself and people around you through your most complicated,  irrational, and isolating situation. You may see that nobody else going on the same situation as you and the obsession situation may be very difficult for you to deal cuz it's very emotional draining and life changing. But a lot of times, they are meant to make you learn about yourself. Depending on your chart too if you also have Saturn influences, you are going to find out how the person you are obssessed with's life situation correlate so much with your problems or how it's gonna help you solve problems in your future or helping you to understand things you won't understand if it's not through them and this can happen in your professional life too outside romantic life. Like Gatsby finally learn how to be wealthy when he has nothing which means he build his money from ground only to get Daisy which is his subject of obsession, you also going to learn a lot of things outside your romantic life through your obsession with them. You could finally learn about your art skill, what you like for your school or major, your job, and else. At some points, your obsession toward someone is your biggest redirection in your life. It's literally like the phrase that say "God uses someone to help you in your life."

But there's a note in this. Like all things in life, obsession like that is never meant to be hold on forever. At certain time, you need to let go of that when things can get so destructive. We all know that anything too much bring destruction and obsession toward someone is no different. We also see this in Scarlett (GWTW) and Gatsby's situation. Scarlett lost Rhett which was her greatest husband, daughter, and Melanie as her female companion due to her obsession to Ashley. Gatsby lost his life even due to his obsession toward Daisy. Both of the ending tells at how their subject of obsession is never worth of their intense and life dedication feelings. Almost guaranteed that no matter how perfect their subject of obsession seems on the outside, their actual traits and emotional life are very crappy. These subject of obsession are never worth and good for them. You as Scorpio/8th house placements may notice about this although it may be very hard to accept

This obsession is indeed at some level feels karmic and destinied. They at the same time too are meant to be break off. Eventhough the process may be very excruciating, when you finally get over them, you may see how your life before you meet them, when you meet them aka you pining for them, and when you over them are very drastically different. It's again like Scarlett where she's pining for Ashley start from when she was still wealthy by her family, her family fell into poverty due to war and her mom passed away, her restructuring her life, her finally gather some money, to her finally get her wealth by marrying of Rhett which is a rich man. From sunny kid to most resillient survivor. Like different period in history and maturity acceleration. Good luck for whoever read this, especially Scorpio/8th house placements!

Part 1.1: How to calculate your Matrix of Destiny

📌 This post explains the process on how to CALCULATE your MOD, that means you will only learn what numbers do you have in your MOD and in what position.

Alright let’s start but first, what is MOD?

The Matrix of Destiny is a concept often associated with numerology and is based on the belief that certain numbers derived from one's birthdate can provide insights into various aspects of their life. These numbers and their positions represent different facets of life, such as personality traits, strengths, challenges, and life path.

The matrix is constructed using calculations involving the day, month, and year of birth, and each position in the matrix holds significance based on these calculations. The interpretation of the numbers in the matrix is said to unveil information about an individual's destiny, purpose, and potential life experience.

Even though we can automatically calculate our MOD, I want to explain the calculations so we can understand where numbers come from.

When we look at the chart, we can notice that there are circles with numbers. Today, i will focus on the five most important circles that are in color.

I’ll be using this MOD as an example so it’s easier to follow. This person was born on May 27, 2003.

- In the left purple circle, you will put the DAY you were born: 27–> 2+7= (9)

‼️ Rule: It's important to consider that if the result is >22, we must ADD again. For example, if the result is 26, then we should add 2+6=8. Thus, the number 8 goes in the circle. If the sum of your year is 22, then that number is used. Note: this rule always applies.

- In the top purple circle, we'll input the MONTH we were born: (5)

- In the right red circle, we'll input the YEAR we were born, for this, we need to add all the numbers of the YEAR: 2003 —> 2+0+0+3= (5)

- In the bottom red circle, we should put the result of the SUM of all the numbers we placed earlier: 9+5+5 = (19)

- Finally, the number in the center (yellow circle), once again, we need to ADD all the numbers we placed earlier: 9+5+5+19= 38 —> 3+8= (11)

Now that we know our main numbers, we are now going to calculate the Karmic Lessons numbers and the 💲and ❤️ lines numbers.

- 11 + 19 = 30} 3+0 = (3) this three is in ORANGE above the little 22. Now, 3 + 19 = (22) this twenty two is in BLACK in between numbers 3 and 19

- 11 + 5 = (16) this sixteen is in ORANGE next to the little 21. Now, 16 + 5 = (21) this twenty one is in BLACK in between number 16 and 5

Note: Remember about the “If >22” rule.

- 3 + 16 = (19) this nineteen is the number in the middle above the purple arrow.

• For the 💲line: 16 + 19 = 35} 3 + 5 = (8)

• For the ❤️ line: 3 + 19 = (22)

Often black people, especially non-gay folk, become enraged when they hear a white person who is gay suggest homosexuality is synonymous with the suffering people experience as a consequence of racial exploitation and oppression. The need to make gay experience and black experience of oppression synonymous seems to be one that surfaces much more in the minds of white people. Too often it is a way of minimizing or diminishing the particular problems people of color face in a white supremacist society, especially the problems ones encounter because they do not have white skin. Many of us have been in discussions where a non-white person – a black person – struggles to explain to white folks that while we can acknowledge that gay people of all colors are harassed and suffer exploitation and domination, we also recognize that there is a significant difference that arises because of the visibility of dark skin. Often homophobic attacks on gay people of all occur in situations where knowledge of sexual preference is established – outside of gay bars, for example. While it in no way lessens the severity of such suffering for gay people, or the fear that it causes, it does mean that in a given situation the apparatus of protection and survival may be simply not identifying as gay. In contrast, most people of color have no choice. No one can hide, change or mask dark skin color. White people, gay and straight, could show greater understanding of the impact of racial oppression on people of color by not attempting to make these oppressions synonymous, but rather by showing the ways they are linked and yet differ. Concurrently, the attempt by white people to make synonymous experience of homophobic aggression with racial oppression deflects attention away from the particular dual dilemma that non-white gay people face, as individuals who confront both racism and homophobia.
