Exercise and staying fit:
Gear up bitches we are discussing about exercise today and how to stay fit. No I am not here to motivate you but more likely here to kick your lazy couch potato self to get doing it. Afterall if you are not exercising in 2024, what the hell are you even doing????
Aiming for the hot summer body when you can't get yourself hot and bothered by body movements is just dumb as hell. Quit fantasizing and get working.
Don't jump in with peak motivation and do hard core exercise for 2 hours or so and then complain about body pain. Start slow. Do some warmup first.
List of exercise you can start from and then figure out what works most for your body and energy levels:
a) Shoulder rolls
b) Squats
c)Box push-ups
d) Hamstring stretches
e) Quadricep stretch
f) Happy baby
e) Cobra (This one is my personal fav might be a little challenging but hey what's the fun in easy?)
f)Crunches
g) Tree pose
h)Lunges
The above mentioned exercises are good ones to start with and can be done either in the morning or evening or night.
Tip: Try to make it a habit. Do it on a fixed time so that your body will itself feel weirded out when you miss it cause it is now a muscle memory.
How to make it a muscle memory?
Well, do it EVERYDAY. For the ones who are thinking what if something comes up in that moment??
No worries. Do it for five mins even just 2 mins if push comes to shove. BUT JUST DO IT. That's the only solution and if you still can't get yourself moving then I feel sorry for you.
