when rose schaefer said "crying can be prayer too". not every prayer is done with calm, some are done at moments when you are frustrated and angry. but what matters is that after you have completed your prayers in your own way, you feel calmer, you feel understood. others won't understand the way you pray, your articulation will seem unusual for people. but maybe the way you pray with your emotions will be the most eloquent... and in the end God will understand every single tear.
