When my family say something about me being anorexic I follow them so they think I’m joking… haha joke’s on you people
I wanna be so skinny that the next time I see my friends they will be concerned about me
Three fucking days eating normal and I gain all my weight back, FUCK FOOD AND FUCK MY LIFE
I feel uncomfortable when someone makes a compliment of my body.. just don’t, I know is not true
Me after I once again fail to stay under my outrageously low calorie limit for the day:

I spend 2 years restricting myself for days and i lost weight but gained back in the binging cycles
I changed that toxic way and i lost 20 pounds last year
So here’s my advice:
1. Eat everyday, but try to eat healthy, 1200 cal max
2. Work out (i work out 5 days a week)
3.Drink a lot of water
All bodyes are diferent, im not saying its a safe way of loosing weigth, if you dont have an ed please dont try it, its hell in here.
