Character: Woozi x OC Genre: Fluff Number of words: 962 Summary: Woozi's had a long day at work and all he wants to do is to cuddle with you at home. "Hey Jihoon," You murmured softly as you ran a hand through his brown streaks of hair, inhaling deeply his manly scent despite dried sweat making him all sticky and a little stinky. You kissed his temple while you hugged him and rubbed his back up and down soothingly, relieving his frustrated feelings. Jihoon buried his face into your neck, groaning out as the frustrations of the day slowly melted away in your arms. You were his holy grail; his encouragement and support. Whenever he had a bad day, you would always be there to comfort him and ease his worries. "It's okay darling. What happened today?" You asked gently, peeling him away from you, pulling him to lie on the bed beside you. You heard him sigh and as the two of you lay side by side on the bed, he held your hand tightly. "Rough day.. We got scolded and all for not putting effort, and I had to go and compose good songs for the album while everyone got some rest. Our comeback is nearing and we want so badly to win first place, which is why all the stress is coming down on me hard." You nodded understandingly and squeezed his had reassuringly, signalling for him to continue. "I haven't had inspiration lately and all I wanna do is curl up in your arms and just sleep.. I'm so tired and exhausted I'm almost breaking down," he whispered, eyes shiny with tears. "Come here baby," Seeing him this emotional made you tear up a bit as you pulled him close to you, hugging him tightly and planting a sweet kiss on his forehead. "You're doing great, Woozi-yah. You've always been doing great." You felt his chest heave against yours, and the shaking of his body sent shivers down your spine. Woozi had never been this upset before, previously during their pre-debut show. As much as possible, you never wanted to see that hurt expression of his but it was inevitable in this career that Woozi had taken up. All you could do is to support him wholeheartedly and stay by his side. "You're going to compose tomorrow right?" You asked softly, observing his features as they contorted into a frown. He nodded and you chuckled a little, getting up and pulling him into the toilet. "You'll need a good shower. I'll help you wash your back and hair today, okay? You've had a long day and I'm sure all you want to do is to sleep, but you need to be clean first." His frown disappeared and he grinned slightly, leaning in for a quick peck. "Thank you sweetheart." While he undressed, you rolled your sleeves up and turned on the faucet to make sure the water was lukewarm, before feeling his body lean against yours for a back hug. The two of you stayed like that for a while, just quietly hugging one another comfortably. Regretfully, Jihoon let go and you made him stand in front of you so you could wash his hair. Good thing the two of you were almost as tall as each other, it wasn't difficult to wash his hair for him. You made sure to lather his hair thoroughly with soap and scratched his head gently, massaging and earning small sighs of content. You smiled as 'Pretty U' played softly in the background, continuing to massage his head and nape. Quickly, you moved on to scrubbing his shoulders and back, wanting to finish soon to allow him to sleep. Jihoon finished up the frontal part of his body just as you finished his dorsal, and he was all clean. The moment he turned the tap off, you were cornered face-to-face with a naked Jihoon, his lips dangerously close to your lips, merely brushing across each other. His breaths were getting heavy as he blinked slowly, his hands sliding across your waist to yank you towards him. Your bodies were now touching and you blinked quickly as your face reddened, aware of what was going on. "Y-Yah Jihoon-ah, my clothes are wet, what are you-" "Nothing much. Thank you babe." He murmured and kissed you softly and lovingly, moaning softly when you kissed him back passionately, tongue swiping across his lips to reach into his mouth. "Back to bed we go." You teased as you let go, leaving the toilet to get a fresh set of clothes for the two of you. You heard him groan again, this time frustrated by you. "I hate you!" He screeched, catching the clothes you threw at him. "And I love you sweetie!" You cooed and pinched his cheeks, changing into dry clothes. Before you were even done, Jihoon had tackled you onto the bed and started to tickle you everywhere, a determined fire burning in his eyes as an evil grin formed on his lips. Meanwhile, you were a screaming and laughing mess as you begged him to stop, your face and neck turning red from all the screams. He laughed and tickled you harder, poking your sides constantly and pinning you down with his legs. Somehow, in the mess you managed to grab Jihoon's arms and you flung him over to your side, crawling on top of him and kissing him softly, stopping his movements. The kiss lasted for some time, soft breaths let out and the sounds of lips colliding against each other filled the room. Small giggles erupted from your lips as you came down to Jihoon's side, allowing his legs to tangle together with yours. "I love you," he muttered as his eyes became droopy, eventually closing after you replied with the same answer, kissing his nose. "I love you too. I know you'll do fine at the company tomorrow. Sleep well, Jihoon!"
Character: Mark x OC
Genre: Angst/Fluff
Number of words: 1858 words
Summary: You wanted to protect Mark but you ended up losing him.
Part 1
Mark didn’t try to contact you after you left, and you didn’t either. What was the point in doing so anyway? He was more than just pissed off with you - you had messed up with Mark big time. Not once in your whole 6 years of friendship with Mark had he been this angry and raised his hand at you.
After your withdrawal from the school, you were assigned to attend another school, which wasn’t very far from where you lived but far enough to not see most of the students from your previous school.
Your arrival at the school was pretty warmly welcomed by the principal and your new classmates, and you were glad that your classmates were quite a bunch of outgoing and honest people who made you feel like you were part of them.
Within a month of being in the school, you had found yourself friends you deemed inseparable from.
A female best friend, Mina, and a male best friend, Joohyuk. The three of you were like glue - totally hard to tear apart. Whenever the three of you had different classes, you would all come running to one another in the campus just to hang out with one another after classes ended.
You were pretty glad that you had friends who you could truly treasure, who could make you forget about Mark. Honestly, you found it easier and easier to live without contacting or seeing Mark in the past month.
Even though you refused to delete Mark’s number and all the messages and photos that the two of you shared together, you didn’t really bother opening them to look back on the pleasant memories. After all, the two of you were strangers.
Precisely because the two of you were strangers, and you had your mind off of Mark, you and Joohyuk decided to go shopping together. Mina wasn’t free to accompany the two of you, so it was just you and Joohyuk.
It hadn’t occurred to you that this mall was Mark’s favorite place to go to as well. Even if it did, what were the chances that Mark would show up at this mall just as you and Joohyuk were there? Possibly zero right?
The odds just had to be against you and you nearly groaned the moment you caught sight of his pale skin and blonde hair, his black cap on and his hands shoved in his pockets as he strolled through the shops, doing some window shopping.
“Joohyuk-ah, can we go to the highest level, or get out of here?” You asked him urgently, tugging at his sleeve in alarm. Joohyuk looked at you in confusion, not understanding what you just said. The two of you had just arrived at the mall only to leave right after?
“Please, please let’s go.” You urged anxiously, pulling Joohyuk and glancing over at Mark, only to stop in your tracks as the colour drained from your face and your lips turned a shade of pale white.
Mark was looking right at you, staring right into your eyes.
Shit.
Joohyuk, now seeing who your gaze was locked with, pulled you away and stared at Mark dead in the eye, telling Mark to back off.
It’s not like Joohyuk had feelings for you or any sort, but he had a duty to protect those around him. It had only been a month but you were easy to see through and Joohyuk could tell when your emotions changed and what you were thinking.
“Let’s go.” Joohyuk muttered, narrowing his eyes at Mark, signalling for Mark not to come near them, as he dragged the helpless you away. Mark wouldn’t heed Joohyuk’s warning though, and took big strides and ended up running, grabbing your hand and pulling you towards him.
You were yanked towards the blonde male while Joohyuk's grip on your arm remained firm. "Let go." Joohyuk's voice sounded menacing, giving Mark a firm warning to really back off.
Mark's glare pierced through you. "Tell that friend of yours who I am. We need to talk." His glare was similar to that of when the scuffle between you and his supposed girlfriend happened.
You felt yourself smirking, and you let out a laugh of disbelief. "Who are you to speak to me like I'm your possession? We may have been best friends before but ever since you told me that you don't have a best friend like me, our friendship no longer existed."
Mark gaped as you shook his hand off you angrily, pulling Joohyuk away from him. Hot tears were brimming in your eyes as you stormed off, a worried Joohyuk following behind you as he stole glances at Mark, who stood there sullenly and quietly, fiercely attacked by your words.
"Hey, let's stop. You and I have no idea where we're going so let's just sit here okay?" Joohyuk's hands which were on your shoulders, gently pushed you down to sit on a bench. You were sniffling and wiping your tears away, shaken by the meeting with Mark.
Joohyuk placed his arm around your shoulders and rubbed your arm comfortingly. "It's okay, don't cry. Was that guy the reason why you transferred?" Your nod made Joohyuk nod as an amused expression formed on his face. "Wow, he's pretty good looking. Is he Korean? Because he doesn't seem like one."
You shook your head and looked upwards, blinking your tears away. "He's a Taiwanese born American." Joohyuk continued to question you, wanting to know more about you and Mark's past.
After learning of Mark's name and the story the two of you shared, plus the fact that you were still madly in love with him, Joohyuk wondered if Mark was still in the mall. "I'll go get us some drinks okay? Stay here."
Joohyuk jogged off to find Mark, vaguely remembering how he looked like. Something along the lines of a sharp jawline, quite defined facial features, blonde hair and really attractive eyes. Ah yes, not to mention his lanky figure and height.
Joohyuk looked around where the three of them met earlier, and spotted someone who looked like Mark sitting near a fountain, looking dejected. "Mark?" Joohyuk asked cautiously, and Mark looked up at him, narrowing his eyes as he glared Joohyuk down. "What?"
"Don't be so hostile. I know you used to be Y/N's best friend. Let's have a talk."
"Why should I talk to you? If there's someone I should talk to, it's Y/N and not you."
"Fine by me. I was intending on bringing you to her but it seems like you're not interested so-"
"Y-Yah, sit down. I'll tell you."
Joohyuk smiled cheekily and took a seat beside Mark, who started to talk about what happened which led up to the fight and ultimately, the end of their friendship.
"... Honestly.. I miss her. This month has been a bad month for me because I haven't seen her at all. I wonder if she's doing well at school and if she's taking care at herself. I feel sorry because I hurt her feelings. I promised not to let anyone hurt her and instead I was the one who cut her deeply and scarred her. I have always wanted to apologise to her but I was just scared of how she'd react.." Mark trailed off quietly, and Joohyuk placed an encouraging hand on Mark's shoulder.
"Let's go, I'll bring you to her." You were looking around, wondering why the hell Joohyuk was taking so long to find something for the two of you to eat. You were about to get your phone out to call him when you spotted two all too familiar males walking towards you, one of them with a plastic bag of food in hand.
"H-Hey, Y/N.." Mark greeted as they approached, and you swear you'd really punch Joohyuk the next time you saw him at school. You were angry that he let Mark see you in such an awful state but glad that he brought Mark to see you.
You scooted over to your right as Mark sat down on your left, you totally avoiding Mark's gaze. Joohyuk smiled in satisfaction and nodded, proud of himself.
"Call me when you're done, and when you guys are done, I better see something less than awkward than this." He pointed to the space between the two of you, and walked towards some shops.
It was silent for a few seconds before Mark held up the bag. "Um I bought your favourite dessert." He handed it to you and made you take it, despite your quiet refusals. "Have it while it's still warm, you can't take cold dessert." He murmured quietly, making you turn to him.
"Since when did you care about me?" Mark kept quiet, his frown deepening. “I always did..” He mumbled, and you nearly flew into a rage. “You always did? So why did you choose her over me and why did you hit me? Even after that incident my phone didn’t ring with a text or call, and even if it did, it wasn’t from you, Mark! How do you call that caring for me?!”
Mark moved closer to you and closed up the gap, holding your hands tightly in his. “I’m sorry, Y/N-ah, I really didn’t mean to. I’m sorry whatever I did made you really upset. I’ve been feeling guilty about it ever since that incident happened but I didn’t dare have the guts to contact you to make sure you were alright..”
“Sure you didn’t..” You muttered angrily, the fact that Mark’s hands were holding yours tightly slowly making your ears red.
Without warning, Mark took the dessert from you and placed it beside him before pulling you into a warm and tight hug. “I missed you, Y/N. I wish I could make it up to you.” He mumbled quietly into your hair, discreetly inhaling your scent.
Your hands crept up and rested on the small of his back, hugging him back as well. You knew Mark long enough to interpret what his actions meant, and you knew he was sincere in his apology.
Suddenly breaking away from the hug, you shifted backwards. “Mark, you have a girlfriend. We shouldn’t hug.” Your voice was soft and weak, but Mark had you back in his arms again. “I broke up with her. What’s the use of dating someone I barely even know except for the fact that she likes me?”
Your small chuckle caused Mark to smile, and he leaned in to place a peck on your cheek. “I take back what I said that day. About not loving you.. I think.. I might have.”
Your surprise at his sudden confession made you freeze and stiffen, as Mark now leaned in to kiss you softly, feeling the blood rush to your cheeks.
Mark smirked against your lips and held you closer to him when you reciprocated the kiss and giggled softly against his. Ah, how you longed to feel Mark’s lips against yours and to taste the heavens. Mark broke the kiss and started to blush madly, acting like the old Mark you knew.
Character: Mark x OC
Genre: Angst
Number of words: 1463 words
Summary: You wanted to protect Mark but you ended up losing him.
The first time you fought with her, you knew she was making advances towards Mark, your best friend and the man you loved. Wanting to tell her to stop and that Mark wouldn’t fall for a person like her, what started off as a warning to the other turned into a nasty brawl.
The first time that happened, he pulled you away and hugged you tightly and close to him, quietly telling you to stop, all the while apologizing almost frantically to her. Mark offered her hushed and guilty smiles at your rash and reckless actions.
“I’m sorry, she doesn’t usually act this way. I guess my best friend’s a little overprotective and sensitive.”
You noticed how she narrowed her eyes at you before her smirk disappeared and a fake smile plastered onto her face. “Oh, it’s okay Mark. Everyone tends to go a little over the edge sometimes.”
Seeing that she had no intention on moving, Mark released his grip on you and whispered into your ears to go for lessons, that he would see you later in the afternoon to have a talk. You saw his frown turn into an apologetic smile as he face her, pushing you in the direction of your class.
“Mark!” You hissed and his eyes sent you warning signs, therefore you had no choice but to follow his instructions.
“I apologize for her actions, really. I understand that it’s in her nature. Is there anything I can do to make it up to you on her behalf? I know she won’t do it and I won’t let this pass so-”
Mark didn’t notice how you were glaring and burning holes into his chest as she cut him off, placing a hand on his shoulder with a cheeky and sweet grin. “It’s alright. Go to dinner with me and all will be good.”
You swore you really wanted to grab the nearest book and slam it right in her face. Even better if her nose was dislocated or any part of her face disfigured. Blatantly asking Mark out like this made your blood boil. Your classmate had to grab you by your shoulders and forcefully push you into the classroom.
Even still, your angry gaze didn’t leave Mark as you entered the classroom.
Just this once, Mark. You better not fall for her tricks.
The second time you fought with her, was because she taunted and provoked you. She knew that you were aware that she was now officially Mark’s girlfriend, a week after that dinner to apologize for your actions.
Precisely because you knew, she decided to use it against you to show it off to you.
Mark wasn’t in school that morning yet and as you opened your locker to grab your books, you heard that familiar, oh-so-bitchy voice just behind you. “Oh look at you, where’s your best friend? I’m sorry he isn’t here. Is there anything I can do to make you feel better of the loss of your friend?”
Your silence angered her and she made sure to piss you off even more. “Or should I say, the one you love?” You turned around slowly, determined to wipe that damned smirk off her face and replace it with a regretful expression. Hell, you’d pummel her if you could.
Alas, you couldn’t hold your fiery in and you unleashed it at the one whom you thought deserved it, slapping her cheek that was caked in a hella lot of blusher. A disgusted shriek was ripped out of her throat as you pushed her shoulders, forcing her back into the other side of the lockers.
By then, a small crowd had gathered around the two of you as she fought back at you, delivering a tight slap to your cheek and a few scratches. The crowd’s ‘ooh’s and ‘ahh’s motivated you a little. You had lost your reasoning for a minute and pulled her hair. Hard.
“Stop it!” She screamed and grabbed at your hands wildly, before trying to reach out to your hair to pull. Bless the fact that your hair was short, which made it a few times harder for her to get her revenge.
Unfortunately, your rage was stopped the moment you caught sight of Mark, pushing through the crowd and wedging in between the two of you, pushing you two apart. Now he hugged her close to his chest, his eyebrows furrowing when he felt her body shake with sobs and whimpers.
“Why are you doing this?” He asked calmly, and before you could even retort, she pointed an ugly finger at you in accusation. “She’s jealous that we’re together and she took it out on me! It hurts, Mark.” She whined in her high-pitched tone, and you had to hold yourself back from beating her to a pulp if it weren’t for Mark’s presence.
You felt chills run up your spine when Mark turned to glare at you angrily, his thoughts and feelings clouded. “Stop it. This is the second time this has happened.” His icy cold tone made you shrink a little, your confidence from the fight now gone.
“You’re my best friend, aren’t you?” He continued, but didn’t give you a chance to answer. “Because if you are, you wouldn’t do this. Come to your senses, will you?”
You watched as Mark walked away with her, tears brimming in your eyes. You felt your classmate grabbing your hand and pulling you out of the hallways, to somewhere more secluded and quiet.
You’ll come back to your senses right, Mark?
The third time it happened, you wished Mark would believe that you didn’t lay a finger on her.
Coming up to you in the hallway with her group of friends, you heard a sound of an egg shell cracking and felt a sticky substance drop onto your head. You sighed inwardly and was prepared to turn around to grab her shoulders, but you were spun around first and another egg was smashed into your face, followed by some flour and finally, cake mix.
You were utterly stunned as you wiped across your eyes, granting you your eyesight.
Noticing she saved some cake mix and poured it over her head, you knew what the hell she was up to.
You were done putting up with her shit.
Boy were you SO done.
As you raised your hand, it stopped mid-air as you thought, ‘why am I doing this? I shouldn’t even bother with this. Mark was now hers and he hadn’t talked to you since the second incident, so why did you still care? Why could you still find it in you to exact your fury on her?’
You hadn’t moved yet but you were now pushed aside harshly, as a much bigger and rougher hand flew towards your cheek, snapping your head to the other side. Your legs weren’t ready to take such a hit and you collapsed to the ground, sitting there dumbly.
“I told you to stop, didn’t I?! Why won’t you stop when I tell you to do it nicely?!” Mark yelled angrily, wiping the cake mix off his hand. Your jaw nearly dropped open as you tried to explain yourself.
“What do you want to explain when everything is here? I don’t care what the fuck people say about this incident, but I saw with my own eyes that you raised your hand, ready to slap her!” “Mark-”
“Don’t even bother!” He shrieked. “I don’t have a best friend like you! And get this straight in your head, I don’t and will never love you!”
Your whole world came shattering down in a matter of a few seconds, and the crowd gasped, backing away into their classes to avoid getting involved in the incident as the principal approached. Slowly, the hallways cleared and the principal had you cleaned up before sitting you down in the office.
Your thoughts were all jumbled up and you couldn’t think straight.
Mark knew.
He knew that you loved him.
And he told you, straight in your face, that he didn’t.
The principal waited for you to come up with a reply as to what had happened earlier on in the hallways, but all you could muster up was,
“Withdraw me from this school. Expel me, kick me out, just get me out of here, please.”
It was foolish of you to do that, you knew. However, you found yourself agreeing with whatever school the principal wanted to transfer you to, and you thanked him quietly as you signed the papers, reminding him that your parents weren’t around to sign it for you anymore.
Great, you didn’t have to deal with this anymore.
You didn’t have to see Mark anymore.
You didn’t have to suffer through the heartbreak anymore.
Great.
Part 2
ok i said i wouldn’t be writing anymore but damn i cant help but to write some angsty angst!! there’ll be a part 2 coming soon but idk when so yeap HAHAH be patient lovelies~
I definitely owe all of you a decent explanation for not posting for quite some time (about a week or so lol)
So you see, when the results of my major examinations came out last month, I really didn't expect myself to be going to college. I thought I would have some time at least, a few months, to write and post the scenarios and requests that I have written.
Unfortunately, I have been posted to college and Orientation has already started. Official classes begin after Chinese New Year, and I have to gear up and take on a whole and brand new life and study mode that I have never done before.
My next major examinations in college will be at the end of this year (just Mother Tongue) and the rest will be next year. Funny how I just got into a new school and already am preparing for a whole bunch of examinations!
The thing is, I might be appealing for a transfer to a polytechnic if I’m unable to get my subject combination that I can use to go to a University course of my choice. I have already made an appeal and the results of the subject combination in college and my appeal for transfer will be out around the same week.
If I stay in college, I won’t be able to write until the end of 2017, which is ridiculous considering I started only about a month ago or two. School starts after Chinese New Year and the curriculum is very demanding. I will not have any time at all to write.
On the other hand, if I go to a polytechnic, I can still continue writing this year. School only starts in April so I can at least still open my askbox for some requests.
I’m going through quite a difficult time choosing what I want, so I seek your understanding that my blog may have to close soon, as the chances of staying in college are much higher.
Of course I’ll leave everything here for everyone to read, but I just won’t update anymore until my major examinations are fully over.
I thank you all for reading and supporting me in my stories. I have found myself improving immensely the more I write, and the feeling of having so many notes (75 on my latest Jimin oneshot!) is simply indescribable.
Receiving compliments from readers is something I’m thankful for, because your messages brighten up my day and give me more motivation to continue writing just for you.
Thank you all for your endless support and I’ll be back soon.
Hello friends!! Things have been a little complicated for me. I went to a Junior College up until yesterday, before deciding that I couldn’t do it in JC because I know myself. I won’t make it until major examinations next year LOL.
Therefore I decided to transfer to a polytechnic to study a specific course. I’ll be working extremely hard because I really want to go to University and it’s not easy to go to uni from a polytechnic.
In short, it’s confirmed that I will not be writing anymore, so I can fully focus on my studies. Besides, I tried to conjure up a Jimin angst today but failed terribly. Even with the right music playing, I couldn’t write a proper one.
I guess this blog will still be here, but yeah just to share that this blog will not be updated anymore. Still, I cannot thank all of you enough.

Hi! I’m so sorry it took me so long, was caught up with school :(
Character: Jimin x OC
Genre: Angst/Fluff (Mostly angst)
Number of words: 3199 words
Summary: Jimin is in the hospital and Y/N, guilt-ridden, only stays with him overnight before leaving a letter behind. Meeting again at a wedding, the two rekindles their once unsuccessful love.
Requested by anon!
Original
You left the flowers on the table beside Jimin’s uneaten food, and placed a container of warm food. “If you don’t eat, how will you recover?” You asked meekly, afraid to reach out to take his hand.
Jimin immediately looked over, glancing you up at him before launching towards you, enveloping you in a tight and bone-crushing hug. “Baby, you’re finally here.” he breathed, kissing your neck softly and caressing your hair. Your hands reluctantly reached out to hug him back. You would really miss his warm touch.
You spent the whole night in the hospital ward with Jimin, most of the time filled with countless number of apologies to Jimin, guilty hugs as well as kisses. No matter how much you loved this boy, you just couldn’t bring yourself to stay by his side.
You knew how much he needed you but still, the guilt was literally eating you raw and you couldn’t stand still being as close to Jimin as before. You had broken and changed him and that fact wouldn’t change.
You were very much upset and you felt selfish that you were only caring for Jimin’s interests and not considering the two of you, but you just couldn’t push away Yoongi’s ruthless words.
Can’t you see she isn’t worth it? All she does is squabble with you and pick on you over little things!
Y/N, leave. We don’t need you and we don’t want to see you.
Yoongi’s words refused to leave your mind and it tormented you in every way possible, making you feel the pain and guilt.
The more you watched Jimin’s every little move, such as scrunching his nose up or just simply grinning at you, the more you felt like you shouldn’t take away his happiness. He needed someone who could properly take care of him and cherish him like the precious male he was.
Jimin didn’t deserve your love. He deserved way more than what you gave him, way better than what he received. He only deserved the best, and yours was nothing compared to what Jimin should have been given.
The male noticed that you weren’t acting as normally, and leaned forward to hold your face in his hands. “Y/N, if you’re thinking of what happened earlier, just forget about it. Please.. You know I love you right?”
Your smile came out cracked and you forced yourself to muster a small nod, holding back the tears pooling in your eyes. Wiping them away, you made sure to beam your brightest at Jimin, leaning in to place a soft and sweet kiss on his lips. “It’s getting late. You should rest.”
You felt your heart beating quickly when Jimin pouted and resisted, not wanting to not see you. Jimin always tried to make time for you, and as much as possible, tried to spend as much time as possible with you. Heck, he’d even sacrifice his sleeping hours just so he could be with you.
Just when you were thinking of a way to make this boy go to sleep quickly while feeding him, Jimin suddenly blushed and giggled, making you stare at him in amusement.
What was this boy thinking?
“If you kiss me good then I’ll sleep.”
A small blush crept up to your cheeks and you detested yourself for feeling this way, but of course, gave in to his silly (not that silly) request and sat on the bed. Gazing into Jimin’s eyes, you started to lose yourself in that orb full of galaxies.
Just staring into Jimin’s eyes brought you to a different world. Of course he was human as anyone else would be. Anyone would call you crazy for describing Jimin’s eyes to be like one of a kind. And you’d gladly accept that, because you weren’t lying, to anyone else or yourself, that you saw hope and love within those orbs.
Jimin was special and you knew that. Every single time in the past, you used to always stare at those magnificent eyes all the time. Today was your last time, your very last chance to admire them once more.
You had already made up your mind.
You smiled and leaned in, kissing him good and wholeheartedly, giving yourself up at that very moment to Jimin. After today, you wouldn’t be able to spend hours gazing into every part of those galaxies, enjoy the warm feeling of his luscious lips, falling asleep in his warm embrace, and simply being around Jimin.
You closed your eyes and felt Jimin grin against your lips before his hands wrapped themselves around your waist tightly. His soft lips collided with yours every so often as the smell of strawberries filled your nose. Ah, Jimin always smelled so good.
He tasted so sweet and lovely, so much that you couldn’t get enough of him. Your arms gradually snaked around his neck and you held onto him tightly, softly savoring Jimin’s lips.
Soft moans and mewls were let out of your mouth when Jimin softly bit onto your lips, opening your mouth for his tongue to roam into. Your eyes were shut tightly as your hands grabbed onto his fire orange hair, relaxing your grip and tightening it every now and then when his tongue touched a sensitive spot in your warm mouth.
“I love you..” Jimin muttered as the two of you broke away, panting softly as your foreheads were connected together. You found yourself wanting to just bawl now. That kiss was like the very last kiss the two of you would share for either a very long time, or a lifetime. You reciprocated his words with sincerity, and the two of you shared another kiss, only shorter.
When you had finally tucked in the boy, who was more than willing to go to sleep, you watched him sleep, the steady rise and fall of his chest while he breathed calming you down. His eyelashes fluttered and his mouth was slightly ajar, his cute front teeth showing.
You made sure that Jimin was fully asleep before taking a pen and a piece of paper out from your bag, starting to pen down your honest thoughts in the letter to Jimin.
As you expressed your heartfelt and sincere apologies for leaving him and giving him false hope that you were going to stay by his side, your teardrops stained the paper and some of the words, but you didn’t care. You kept writing and writing, every single thought coming into your head, going onto the paper.
Every now and then, the males who remained in the hospital came in to check on the two of you, and seeing you quietly writing, decided to leave you alone.
Dear Jimin,
my dearest Jimin,
I’m sorry. I’m so, so, so sorry. I know you will be very angry, disappointed and very, very upset with me when you read this. I’m really, very sorry.
I’m leaving. I’m leaving because I really cannot torture and make you suffer anymore. I think I’ve already been putting you through too much, and it’s finally time for me to stop. If I don’t, I think Yoongi and Namjoon will bury me alive. They will really go to great lengths to push us apart and separate us. You know how painful that is. You can’t defy Yoongi and Namjoon, as they’re older than you.
If you think about it, they’re doing this for you. It’s all so that you can be happier. So, please forget me and move on. You don’t deserve all the bullshit that I have given you thus far, and you deserve only the best, nothing else. Maybe you’ll come to thank the two in time to come, for they really are right.
I have been nothing but a bitch to you and my insensitivity has driven you over the edge. It is entirely my fault that you are currently in this state, in the hospital, with tubes all over your body. Even though you can be discharged in a few days, I am the one who caused you to decide that ending your life could be the only way out.
I am truly apologetic for what I have done.
Park Jimin, you’ve given me so much to cherish and remember in the time span of two years, I cannot be more than thankful to you. Yet, amidst my thankfulness, I am plagued by guilt for my heartless actions. I don’t know how more to apologize and make it up to you than to leave.
I know, you love me. I know that. And I love you too. I really do love you as well, Jimin. If I had a chance to make things right, I would gladly take the chance. I would go back in time and make sure I’d tell you everything I should tell you, and everything you need to know.
I’d tell you you’re perfect and there is absolutely no need for you to lose any sort of weight by dieting or unhealthy methods whatsoever. If you want to be fit, of course you can. Just eat regularly and exercise regularly. Even if you don’t shine in everyone else’s eyes, you’d shine in my eyes and only my eyes. You truly are a perfect being.
I’d tell you that out of everyone in the whole wide world, I’d still choose you. I know it sounds contradictory to what I did, but I can’t stand the guilt any longer. It’s only been half a day but I don’t think I can live with this. If fate allows, I’d definitely come back to see you when I’m ready, when Yoongi and Namjoon are possibly no longer upset with me.
I’d tell you I really, really love you. Everything we’ve been through has certainly made us stronger and more confident as a couple. I’m so thankful for your existence, Jimin. WIthout you, I’d really be off somewhere doing stuff I don’t even know I’m doing.
Thank you. You have given me more than enough to think about, and the memories that we have made together will certainly be something I’m looking forward to reminiscing in my free time. I really do hope that I can get to meet you again soon. Maybe then, we can start afresh, if you’re still available.
Goodbye.
I love you, Park Jimin.
P.S, if you ever find someone else, please, please, please, forget me. You deserve happiness and not someone pulling you down. Don’t contact me because I’ll change my number and move houses by the time you’re awake. I’m sorry.
Almost a year later, you found yourself attending a wedding of your best friend, unknown to you that the same few males you’d come to love and treat like family over the years, would be attending the event as well, even being your table mates for the event.
You had dressed up in a beautiful pink party dress that ended at your knees, with your bare back exposed. With small diamonds adorning your dress, some complimented you for almost stealing the limelight. You shyly tucked your hair which was curled in small waves and tied up. Holding your purse in your hands, you made your way to the table of men, your pink heels softly padding across the carpet.
The heads of the table turned towards you as you neared them, and the looks on all of your faces were of pure shock and surprise. You hadn’t expected to see them here, nor had they expected to see you here. You couldn’t and definitely didn’t miss Jimin’s jaw dropping as he blinked dumbly, staring at you.
“W-What a surprise..” You mumbled, thanking Jimin as he pulled the chair out for you, happening to sit beside you. “Noona! It’s been a long time.. You sure became prettier..” Jungkook teased, making you blush and have Jimin glare daggers at the younger boy who shrugged.
“You left without telling us,” Taehyung whined, and you laughed quietly and shyly, pushing aside the looks cast toward you by Jimin. You greeted the rest of the members politely to which the greetings were returned, and you watched Yoongi and Namjoon’s expressions carefully.
They wore on genuine smiles.
Yoongi’s lips were curved up naturally and Namjoon grinned. You sighed in relief that they weren’t angry at you anymore. Finally turning to Jimin, you stuck your hand out for a friendly handshake but he ignored it, turning back in his seat to face the other side.
Retracting your hand, you now forced out a smile and looked away, as Seokjin patted Jimin’s back, whispering to him to not make a fuss.
Of course. Jimin had every right to be angry. You left him without thinking of his feelings, not talking it out with him calmly and disregarding his thoughts on the situation. If you were him, you’d hack him to death before letting him explain to you.
With the smile you plastered onto your lips, you turned away from Jimin to look at Hoseok, whose worried expression changed into a genuine smile. “Y/N! How were you?” He asked, knowing that question would be helpful to Jimin. And you knew of his intentions.
Deciding to come clean with what you did over the past few months, you fiddled with your fingers nervously and related your life over the past few months to them. Changing your phone number, moving and living with your parents again, leading a peaceful and different life for sometime. You talked about how you felt much better and at peace after a change, and how you’d come to think things through more clearly.
You noticed Jimin’s hands balling into fists and you knew he was furious. Furious for leaving him alone in the lurch, to suffer alone, to wonder just what in the world has he done wrong for him to receive such cruel treatment from the one he loves.
It was then that you excused yourself to the ladies, knowing that Jimin would follow you. The wedding ceremony hadn’t started yet and so you needed to take a breather before Jimin could catch up to you.
Unfortunately, your heels didn’t do much of help and you were stopped by Jimin before you could enter the washroom. “Yah.” He hissed, pulling you to a corner. You looked up at him with a solemn smile. “Jimin.”
“Do you know how much pain you put me through? There you were enjoying your little break and there I was, crying and asking what the fuck I did wrong for you to do this to me!” He shrieked angrily, and his fist nearly connected with the wall and created a dent, if not for you who held his wrists tightly, predicting his actions.
Hot tears burned in his eyes and you found yourself wiping his tears away, your own tears ruining your mascara as your lips trembled, struggling to speak.
“I’m so sorry,” you choked out a whisper, head lowered in guilt and shame. Jimin closed in on you and his fist made contact with the wall, his quiet cries filling the empty hallway. His gaze was directed to the floor and his eyes were shut tightly, him biting his lips.
His nostrils were flaring and his lips were also trembling as well. His ears and face were reddening at an alarming rate and you didn’t know what to do. Deciding that just an apology wouldn’t suffice, your arms snaked around his waist and you hugged him tightly.
Feeling him cry against your shoulders, you kept murmuring apologies into his chest and soft ‘I love you’s. Jimin’s arms were wrapped around your body tightly and close to his, and he was quiet as his sniffles tuned down. He listened to the mere apologies and confessions and broke down again.
His cries sounded so pathetic and in need of help and you had to pull him aside to the stairwell to prevent his noises from reaching the ballroom.
Fuck the wedding, Jimin is all that matters right now.
You let him cry as he sat against the wall, his seemingly fragile frame shaking with anger and misery. Not knowing if the two of you were really still together, you sat by his side and you waited quietly, simply waiting for his tears to stop.
“Go away.” He muttered grumpily, head still lowered as he wrapped his arms around his legs, taking his phone out to read the messages he received from the other members.
You waited.
“I said go away!” He spat, his voice dripping with hate. Still, you didn’t budge.
You noticed his eyes flutter to your lips before he narrowed them, growling fiercely.
“Before I raise my hand, get the fuck out of here.”
“Slap me then.” You retorted calmly. “If it makes you feel better, go ahead. It’s my fault and I will take the blame and bear the responsibility. I was the one who caused your misery and I will end it. Jimin, hit me.”
Jimin’s hand was raised but his eyes were wide with confusion. Slowly lowering his hand, he was faced with a determined you who wanted him to get what he wanted.
“Hit me. It’s okay. I said I’ll take it all. I’ll take all of the pain I’ve given you, I’ll-”
At this moment, Jimin lunged forward and grabbed you by the neck, harshly pressing his lips onto yours as he crawled and hovered over you, fervently trying to receive as much of your love as possible.
Blinking away the tears in your eyes, you started to kiss Jimin back with equal intensity, if not stronger, dearly missing every part of Jimin. You couldn’t ask for more than this, except for the fact that the two of you were making out like crazy in the stairwell.
Somehow, you ended up lying on top of Jimin, the two of your lips red and swollen with love, the irregular rise and fall of your chests the only movement in the stairwell. Your eyes were both locked with one another, unable to tear away from each other.
“I beg you, tell me we’re not star-crossed lovers..” Jimin whispered quietly, his eyes still shiny with tears. You shook your head and leaned down to kiss him lovingly and softly, assuring him that it wasn’t the case. “I’m not going to leave you anymore.” You held his hands tightly and allowed him to sit up to hug you.
His hands gently roamed around your back, gently drawing small figures and shapes on your bare back. “Why are you wearing this dress?” He asked, removing his suit jacket and placing it over your shoulders. “I can’t risk another man staring at my woman..” He trailed off, cheeks pink from embarrassment.
“It was the nicest plus the plus point about wearing this dress? I get to see your protective side again.” You grinned, standing up to dust your dress. “But I admit, you’re beautiful. Just gorgeous.” He breathed and stood, dusting his pants and placing his arms around your waist, kissing you again.
The two of you sneakily skipped the wedding dinner, sending a message to the boys that the two of you weren’t very presentable; a dirtied pink dress and dusty suit and bad makeup and lips looking like they’d been sucked on for hours to no end.
Thoroughly explaining that nothing inappropriate had happened, the two of you left the venue and took a taxi back to your apartment, showering and sharing tired and lazy kisses with one another before finally falling asleep again in the comfort of the lover’s arms.
You had duly missed being with Jimin and so did he, and the two of you wouldn’t give each other up. Not anymore.
Character: Jungkook x OC
Genre: Fluff (?) (not sure tho actually)
Number of words: 1557 words
Summary: Jungkook’s puppy, Cloud, gets stuck on crate boxes and you help the stranger to get Cloud down.
“Yah Cloudie-yah! Come down here now!” Jungkook called out to his Maltese, staring desperately at the puppy that looked at him with fear in its eyes. It was stuck on a few crate boxes that were stacked dangerously and a little too high for Jungkook to climb up to get his puppy.
The puppy whined in fear and kept standing on the crate boxes, all the while unable to keep still, running around in circles. Jungkook was getting worried; how was he to get Cloud down safely?
The dark clouds gathered together in the once bright sky and the moment you heard a rumble you groaned quietly, glaring at the paperwork that’s left on your table. All you had to do was finish this god damned report and you were done for the evening.
In a rush to finish your report, you failed to notice that it was pouring outside and nearly forgot to take your umbrella when you left the office. Thanking yourself for bringing your umbrella today, you took quick steps towards the bus stop, until you heard some male shouting at.. the clouds?
“Cloudie-yah! Please come down! It’s raining and heck, we’re both going to fall sick!” He shouted and you couldn’t help but to stare on weirdly with an amused expression. Was he talking to the clouds? You kept thinking so until you saw that he was yelling for his puppy to come down.
Oh no, a poor puppy is stuck up there. I could use my climbing skills and get the puppy down. Should I?
Jungkook was getting soaked to the bones with every passing second, and he felt so frustrated yet helpless as he looked at his puppy shivering with cold and fear. He tried to look around for some form of human help, but he couldn’t find any, since they were in a much quieter and less frequented street.
“Aish!” He screamed in anger and ruffled his now wet hair, until he realized that there wasn’t rain pelting mercilessly onto him anymore. His frustration turned into relief when he looked up and saw an umbrella hovering over him, fully covering him from head to toe.
Turning to his right, his smile fell when he saw you, a female, standing beside him, looking at him as your right shoulder started to show from the rain seeping into your shirt.
“Can I offer any help?” You asked, looking up at the puppy and back at the handsome male, and you could have sworn if it wasn’t for the dark he’d see how hard you were blushing. You wanted to put a hand to your chest to try to calm your heart but you were failing miserably.
“Uh..” He looked back at Cloud for a minute and wondered what a female could be of any help. Apparently, the first thing that came to mind was you being his extra added height.
Like, you know.. You sitting on his shoulders for added height..?
He pinked at the embarrassing thought, before shaking his head to rid his mind of the funny thought. He heard Cloud’s cry and he cringed, immediately bringing forward that idea.
Meanwhile, you were also thinking as he was thinking, and you sneaked a small peek at his side view, somewhat mesmerized by his jawline. You mentally cursed at how sharp and defined his features were. God dammit, he was so handsome!
How could a young man like him be so handsome? His good looks could pull off as one of a top korean boy group’s visual! You could feel your heart begin to hammer in your chest as you looked up at him, only to see him looking back at you.
Oh my god.
“M-Maybe, maybe you can get onto my shoulders and pick my puppy from there..” He pointed to Cloud, and you contemplated on that idea for a moment, before nodding, pushing the thoughts of being so close to this extremely good looking male, away.
You placed the umbrella down and got onto Jungkook’s shoulders. “I’m so sorry I’m so heavy.” you whined as you heard Jungkook groan softly undder your weight. “No, no, I haven’t carried someone in a long time. I’m sorry for making you feel bad..” He mumbled apologetically, standing up straight.
He held his hands up for you to hold. “Be careful. Hold my hands if you need to keep steady.” You rolled your eyes and gently held onto his head instead. “Use those hands to hold my legs, otherwise I’m going to fall over and you’re going to have two problems on your hands instead of one.”
Jungkook blushed and laughed awkwardly, despite the pelting rain. He apologized softly and held onto your thighs, walking closer to the crates piled on top of one another.
You found yourself nearing the puppy, and you stretched your hands out to await the puppy’s entrance into your hands. “Jump,” you commanded gently, but Cloud hesitated and Jungkook bit his lip. Was this going to work? “Cloudie-yah, you and I and this pretty unnie here want to go home. Listen to me. Jump into her arms.”
You found yourself smiling at him talking to his puppy so adorably, and motioned for Cloud to jump into your arms. You were ready to receive the puppy, and all you wanted to do was to finish helping this kid under you and get home.
Without thinking, Cloud was in your arms fast and you were hugging the poor puppy close to your chest. “Don’t move, I’ll put you down.” Jungkook bent down and let you land on your two feet safely. “Thank you.” He thanked your politely and stretched his hands out nicely to take Cloud, but it whined and snuggled closer into your chest.
You let out a breath and a giggle as you picked the umbrella up, only to have the male hold it for you two. “I’ll hold it for you. Can I get Cloud back? We’ll exchange.” You nodded and beamed at the boy, handing Cloud over to him.
Jungkook was more than ready to receive his puppy, but his eyes went wide and his jaw dropped when Cloud snapped at him, barking once at its owner. “Yah!” He shrieked and you found yourself stifling a giggle, nodding towards the exit.
“Let’s exchange. You can hold my umbrella and I’ll hold Cloud. In order to prevent you from getting any fierce dog bites, I’ll go home with you and drop Cloud off.” Jungkook nodded, hearing the good idea and the two of you set off his for apartment nearby.
During the walk, you and Jungkook got to know each other better and you talked about your hobbies and aspirations, only to listen to his as well. You were quite enchanted by his words and the way he spoke; it was odd of him but it was impossible how he was single.
I mean, such a handsome young man who speaks well and looks like he’s good at doing lots of stuff - wouldn’t he have a girlfriend already?
When you reached Jungkook’s apartment, you were invited in to get a change of clothes before leaving. With the sleeping pup in your arms and the cold slowly seeping into your skin, you couldn’t refuse. It was more like you didn’t want to refuse.
Jungkook shyly handed you his shirt and a pair of basketball shorts, which you knew was definitely going to make you look like a dwarf, but you weren’t willing to stay in those wet clothes anyway. Nevermind the wet undergarments, it’s not like Jungkook would happen to own a pair of lingerie right?
You got changed quickly in the washroom as Jungkook changed in the comfort of his living room, into a comfortable shirt and sweatpants. He was holding Cloud in his hands with a towel and waiting outside the washroom. When you were done and out of the washroom, you bowed to Jungkook and told him that you had to go off as you couldn’t stay out too late, and grabbed your items.
Jungkook didn’t seem to attempt to hold you back, which of course was a good thing, but he seemed like he wanted to ask a question before you could go, and he made sure to get it out of his mouth before you could leave. What are the chances the two of you will meet again? Unlikely. He thought that you’d be a good friend to make. Since you were quite likable anyway, if you were interested then maybe the two of you could take this friendship further. Jungkook didn’t know but why not?
“S-Sorry, would it possible for me to get your number? Like so we can hang out sometime soon.” He mumbled and scratched his head in embarrassment. You found yourself giggling but nodding, taking his phone and saving your number into it. “Gladly. I’ll see you around then. I’ll return you your shirt and pants if I can find some time to drop by.” He nodded in turn and grinned, leading you out.
“I’ll see you soon then. Hopefully we won’t meet in such bad conditions anymore.” Jungkook greeted, and the two of you laughed while you nodded.
“And let’s hope that next time, it isn’t Cloud who makes us meet!”
OMG that's all I ever wanted! Actually, you made MY day. Your writing is phenomenal and I just felt like you should know that, so have a great day. I hope everything turns out well in the future xx
Thank you, really. It's heartening and I appreciate your compliment! Have a great day to you as well and back to you! 🙆🏻
Character: Jungkook x OC
Genre: Angst/Fluff (Fluff > angst for sure)
Number of words: 1362 words
Summary: Jungkook has a terrible nightmare and you’re there to comfort him, even till the next morning.
You awoke deep in the night when Jungkook, your boyfriend of 3 years, started to move around in his sleep, or what seemed more like a nightmare.
He was shaking his head and whimpering, his hand grabbing onto yours tightly, trembling, which mainly had you opening your eyes in the darkness. You turned over to see Jungkook’s eyes shutting tightly and firmly, beads of sweat forming on his forehead and neck.
“Mom, Dad, please..” He begged quietly, eyes still unopened. You shook his hand to try to wake him up, but it failed when he jerked and his whine got a little louder. Tears were now forming in his eyes and your heart clenched to see Jungkook like this.
He was a strong male, and he rarely cried or showed his emotions to anyone but you. Even though you knew him for some time, it was once in a blue moon that you’d see the poor boy crying, and for some reason it always seemed to break your heart.
You wondered if not waking him up and hugging him closer to you would help, as you saw a video where a cat held its sleeping kitty in its arms when that kitty had a nightmare. You were curious and wanted to try that method. After all, Jungkook was the kitten now.
Without any hesitation, you scooted over to the whimpering male and placed your left arm over to his right, pulling him such that he was facing you, and moved his head to lie on your chest. You pulled his two arms together and held his hands in your right hand while you made his legs comfortable.
Running your left hand through his hair, you wiped his forehead sweat and placed a reassuring kiss where the sweat once was. “It’s okay, Jungkook-ah. It’s okay. Sleep well, my kitty.” You murmured as you took a tissue to wipe the sweat off his neck and face.
The once whimpering Jungkook was now quiet. His breaths were even and the creases on his forehead disappeared, now replaced by smooth skin. His lips were parted as he slept peacefully, comforted in the arms of his lover’s. The nightmares were now gone and Jungkook’s torture of the night was eased.
You smiled to yourself when that method worked. It was great that you didn’t have to wake the boy up. Plus it didn’t take up too much time and it was easy. You leaned in and placed another sweet and quick kiss to his lips. You were glad that Jungkook would sleep well tonight, at least for the remaining hours till you two woke up.
You made a mental note to ask him about his nightmare during breakfast.
You did remember him saying saying about his parents, something along the lines of calling out ‘Mom’ and ‘Dad’ or something, if you weren’t mistaken. Gosh, it probably was a terrible nightmare.
You continued to stroke Jungkook’s hair lovingly and you eventually fell asleep as well, staying in that position with Jungkook who, surprisingly, didn’t move an inch till daybreak. He stayed in the same position and only hugged you tighter to him, as if you were something or someone he couldn’t let go of.
In the morning, you had to worm your way out of his tight grip, slowly, carefully, but obviously not too slowly. You made sure to brush his hair aside to kiss his forehead. You liked giving Jungkook forehead kisses when it wasn’t the other way round. You were Jungkook’s source of comfort, and you were pretty satisfied with that title.
Jungkook groaned quietly and yawned, turning on his other side to continue sleeping. A small giggle came out of your mouth and you pulled the duvet higher, up to his arms, before walking into the kitchen.
Standing in the kitchen with a cup of coffee in hand, you watched as the world came to life with each and every passing minute. The sun was coming up and brightening the sky, as more and more people started to come out of their apartments to go to work. The distant sound of the the ignition of cars rumbled coupled with the honking of buses could be heard.
You sighed contentedly, glad your working hours wasn’t that early. You could get to spend quality time in the mornings with Jungkook.
Speaking of Jungkook, the male came out of the room, bed hair obvious, ruffling his hair messily. He stretched his arms and you felt them move horizontally along your waist from behind to your midsection, latching onto that area loosely.
Feeling his chest come close to your back, you leaned into him slightly and allowed him to place his head on your shoulder, kissing your cheek softly. “Y/N, good morning.” He greeted with a small grin and you placed your coffee cup on the table, turning around to sling your arms around his neck.
Tiptoeing a little, you shared a morning kiss with the love of your life. As his lips came into contact with yours, you moved your lips against his, catching his rhythm and moving along together with it. This was the best part of you and Jungkook - those kisses that had your lips moving in sync together with his.
“Good morning Jungkook.” You greeted back with a grin when the kiss broke. You pushed him to sit at the table and you grabbed some food items from the refrigerator, whipping up a quick breakfast for Jungkook, who was due at work in two hours.
Jungkook watched your back with affection as you busied yourself with coming up with a great breakfast for the male, not noticing that his whole attention was on you, until you turned around to place the plate of food on the table. “Yah, were you looking at me the whole time?” You asked bashfully, while Jungkook’s melodious laugh rang out in the apartment, nodding at your question.
“Jungkook, you had a nightmare last night didn’t you?” You asked him over breakfast, watching his expression become slightly downcast as he pouted. He nodded, cringing in discomfort at the remembrance of the awful night terror.
He related the contents of his unpleasant dream to you, and his sniffles when he finished made you walk over to him to hug him tightly. This was another part of Jungkook that you loved; his undying love and care for his parents.
“It’s just a dream. Your parents are fine! Let’s call them okay?” You asked with a smile, trying to lighten up the mood. Jungkook, sensing your effort, wiped his tears away and the corner of his lips tugged up slightly, as he nodded.
You ended up taking the day off together with Jungkook, and just simply cuddling in bed with him. After confirming that his parents were fine and doing well, you definitely saw Jungkook slump in his chair in relief, and suggested that you two take the day off to stay in bed.
And here you two were, gazing into each other’s eyes. You stared into his dark obsidian eyes, mesmerized by the pure beauty of his eyes itself, also enthralled by this human being in front of you. So pure and perfect, just indescribable in words. At that moment, you thanked the gods for blessing you with such a man like Jungkook.
“Thank you, for taking care of me well. You’re like my pillow, providing me with comfort. Thank you, Y/N..” He blurted out quietly, blushing when you rolled over to burst into small giggles, which escalated into screams and laughter when Jungkook followed and started to tickle you in embarrassment, his face and ears getting red.
“What are you laughing about? Huh? Aish you make me so embarrassed!” Jungkook whined, tickling you harder and finally shushing your squeals with a kiss on the lips. He was now on top of you, his arms supporting his upper body. Your giggles were strangely calmed by his kiss and you smiled softly, reaching out to tuck his hair behind his ear. “You’re so random sometimes.” You whispered, leaning upwards for another kiss.
Another aspect of lazy mornings you look forward to every time.
Omg, you are an AMAZING writer. I mean, your writing has so much depth and feeling it actually made me cry, especially in "Still Into You" and "Aftermath". Honestly, these are some of the best kpop fanfics I've ever read. So, yep. I just wanted you to know you and your stories are greatly appreciated.
Hello anon!! Thank you so much for the compliment - it means a lot to me! It's the first time getting such a great comment since I've started writing (which was like what, in 2011 or 2012?) and I really do try my best to incorporate as much content and feelings as possible into my stories. Thank you once again for your support - you've made my day! 💘

Part 1
That evening, you sat in front of your laptop, fingers paused and hovering over the keyboard, the text cursor constantly blinking every second, indicating that you haven’t typed in a single character into your blog post.
It was a habit of yours that started recently; blogging about your lonely and quiet days at home without Jihoon. You’d type away at your keyboard, letting your fingers have a mind of their own and document your feelings into words.
Not a single blog post you made so far was a happy or contented post. Everything that you posted so far, in a time span of 30 days, were all your negative and unhappy thoughts , about you and Jihoon, the relationship that had gradually become dull and bland.
You spent your nights hunching over the keyboard and weeping over your pathetic condition as you tried to put as much of your feelings as possible into that god damned blog post, to at least relieve some of the pain you were going through.
Tonight was just another silent night. but you couldn’t seem to get anything out of you. Even sitting for an hour or two there and rereading your blog posts didn’t help. Nothing was coming out of you, for your mind was in turmoil and a total mess.
You were more frustrated than upset, and you finally managed to type something.
I hate this.
You went to bed that night without accomplishing much, unintentionally leaving your laptop turned on, leaving your blog on in the background.
When will the torture stop? I can no longer stand crying every single day for the one who has given up on us.
Jihoon yawned and rubbed his eyes as he entered the bedroom, noticing you sleeping on the bed. Seeing the window open and the curtains gently moving with the wind, he brisk walked over to you and pulled the duvet up higher, covering till your neck area, before bending down to observe you in silence.
Since when did you become so frail and tired looking, even when asleep? Your eyes had horrible and dark bags underneath and your eyes were puffy, as if you had been crying just a little over an hour ago or two. Your cheeks were pink and your lips were pale, pushing Jihoon a little closer to his edge.
He blinked and bit his lips, standing and walking away, placing his bag onto the table beside your laptop. The bag pushed the mouse and the screen lit up, a photo of you and Jihoon as the background picture. Jihoon, surprised by the sudden lit up, took a step back and blinked, mumbling quietly to himself. “What is this..”
It wasn’t long before he discovered your blog and all of your blog posts centered around you and him. By then, he had already brought your laptop out to the living room to lessen the sounds of mouse clicking and rolling. Jihoon didn’t want you waking up and seeing him reading up on your thoughts.
I miss you, Jihoon.
It’s torturous to have to deal with this.
I don’t know what I can do.
I don’t know how to stop.
Crying every night isn’t the solution, but what other way can I relieve my sadness?
I really wonder sometimes.. If there’s someone else who occupies your mind.
I love you so much. It never occurred to me that a day like this would come. It’s worse than our fights, worse than our cold wars. It’s like ‘we’ never exited at all.
Please stop torturing me like this, Jihoon.
I’m still into you, so tell me you’re still into me too..
Jihoon had tears in his eyes as he read each post. His heart squeezed in guilt and his hands were clenched into fists, as the tears casually rolled down his cheeks.
He had been too caught up in his own thoughts each time that he failed to realize how much you had been going through on your own, all alone, each time Jihoon wasn’t there with you.
It wasn’t like he didn’t love you, he really did. It was the fear that you’d become his priority instead of his work that made him push you away just to prevent that from happening.
No, he didn’t have another girlfriend aside from you. You were his first and possibly his last. He wouldn’t dare love anyone else. He knew better than to give his heart to someone else because it was already with you.
He felt so sorry that you were actually thinking this way; just how long had he been ignoring you that made you start to think that he had hooked up with another female outside?
Jihoon felt very guilty, as if he just committed the biggest and gravest sin and crime of all. He wasn’t aware of how terrible the situation had gotten. Just what had he done?
It was just another quiet day in the apartment. You had gone out to get some items since you hadn’t replenished the fridge in what seemed like forever, since Jihoon was barely home.
Jihoon took that chance and skipped the trip to the studio that day, going out in the morning so that he could come back home after you left for the mart.
He contemplated on a romantic candlelit dinner, but decided against it. Who in their right state of mind does that when their relationship had been stale for some time?
Jihoon paced up and down in the house, wondering what to do when the door opened, revealing your small frame with bags at your sides.
Your presence went unnoticed and you cocked your head in confusion. Isn’t Jihoon supposed to be at his studio? What is he doing here at home? Did he perhaps, forget to bring something?
“Jihoon?”
He whirled around at the sound of his name being called, his eyes wide with surprise. You were home that quickly? Shit, he didn’t even think of what he could do. Jihoon was like a deer caught in the headlights, as the two of you nearly started a staring competition.
Raising an eyebrow, you were getting a little suspicious. What exactly was he doing home at this time? “What are you doing at home now?” Don’t you have work?” Your second question came out a little more sarcastic than intended. You almost flinched at the tone you used at him.
Jihoon smiled awkwardly and looked away, fiddling with the hem of his shirt, which was extremely unusual for him. In fact, this was your first time seeing his this nervous. “Y/N.. I, uh, I’m sorry.” His apology was murmured in a hushed tone as he continued to avoid all form of eye contact.
You narrowed your eyes. You were still kind of lost, but you were slowly getting the idea of why he was here. Honestly, you weren’t sure whether to feel upset or glad, mainly because you couldn’t expect what was next. It would either be a sincere apology, or a break up.
Truthfully, you were scared. After so long, it boiled down to this in the relationship, and it was unpredictable what Jihoon would do, since it’d been pretty rough these days. Precisely because you didn’t know what to expect, tears started to form in your eyes.
You were truly fearful of Jihoon’s upcoming words.
“I read your blog. I know, it was wrong of me to do that, but I accidentally stumbled upon it last night. I read every single one of your posts. God I didn’t know how- I didn’t know what my selfish actions did to you. I made your life a living hell.” He whispered, now teary.
You broke down when you heard his words. You were plain glad that Jihoon finally realized what he had been doing. Sobs escaped your lips as you took timid steps towards Jihoon, coming face to face with him. “Do you know now how much I’ve been through?” You asked quietly, as he looked into your eyes.
Gosh you hadn’t seen those pair of eyes properly for some time. Those beautiful, dark orbs that belonged to Jihoon. He nodded quietly and shuffled a little closer to you, opening his arms wide enough for you to hug him. “Can I hug you?” He asked softly, and his voice alone made you feel his guilt and sincerity.
Without any hesitation, you jumped straight into his arms and hugged Jihoon tightly, afraid to lose him. You had missed his touch for forever, and you didn’t want to let go. Now wailing in his arms, you were crying out some stuff along the lines of ‘bastard’ and ‘I hate you so much’ as you wrapped your arms around his neck.
Feeling his arms wrap around your waist to pull you closer to him, you could swear you felt his tears run down your neck as he murmured soft apologies into your neck, kissing it gently. His hands ran up your back, trying to soothe you from your cries.
“I am so, so, so sorry. I put my work as my priority because I was so scared that I’d focus way more on you than on my work. I don’t have another woman outside, I swear. I’d never do that. I only love you, Y/N.” That confession made your heart flutter and you felt your tears gradually stopping.
It was quiet in the apartment as you two shared loving hugs and soft kisses, basking in the comfort and warmth of one another. You were content. With ‘Still Into You’ by Paramore playing in the background, you snuggled closer to Jihoon.

Namjoon yelled as the boys barged into your apartment, expressions of fury and worry plastered onto each and every one of their faces. “Y/N, you are going to Jimin’s house right now. You are going to get him out of there, RIGHT NOW!”
You looked up at Namjoon, swearing to god that he had never looked any scarier. But did you really care? You smirked and narrowed your eyes at them. “So I’m the one who’s heartless and doesn’t have any feelings? I’m the one who has to clean the mess made every single time we fight?! Are you fucking kidding me? I’m human too!” You screamed back with equal fury, and you nearly flinched when Namjoon wanted to freak out.
Your attention diverted to the youngest when you saw tears brimming in his eyes. “Last time hyung burnt himself with the lighter, I don’t know what he’s going to do this time. Y/N noona, you have to go and see him, please..” The urgency and pleading in his voice made you scramble onto your feet and leave them behind, going straight to Jimin’s house.
“Not again.” Jimin groaned as he entered the house, with you slamming the door behind him and throwing his bag onto the brown flooring. “I asked you, is your phone fake or are you even alive?!” You screeched, trying to get an answer out of the damned male.
Ignoring your outburst, he walked into the room and grabbed his clothes from the closet, reading to lock himself in the shower until you could finally shut the fuck up and stop yapping at him. However, you slammed the closet door closed and glared at Jimin, as deathly and as scarily as possible. Grabbing his wrist, you took the chance to press him for an answer. “Answer me!”
Jimin laughed in disbelief and rolled his eyes, shrugging you off him easily, making a beeline for the washroom. “PARK JIMIN!” You yelled your loudest, tears streaming down your cheeks. Was it possibly.. what you hadn’t expected?
“Are you cheating on me?” You asked feebly, trying to comprehend the situation you were currently in. Was this really what you wanted with Jimin? A life full of screams and quarrels every night?
That question pretty much had him storming up to you, trapping you in between the walls. You could swear he breathed fire at that very moment. Your faces were only inches away from each other. “Don’t accuse me of what I didn’t do.” He growled, his dark orbs ignited with rage, demanding you not to incur his wrath.
“Then answer me. Why didn’t you answer my texts and calls? Why did the other members do so and not you? They’re not my boyfriends but they respond pretty quickly like they are! And you? Blatantly ignoring them like nobody’s business!”
A whimper was let out of you when Jimin punched the wall next to you, creating a crack and a dent in the concrete. “FINE! I’m not good enough for you! You can go and date them for all you want! They can tend to your needs faster than I do! They do a better job of being Y/N’s fucking boyfriend!” He shrieked angrily, his high pitched voice cracking at the end. Hot tears streamed down his cheeks and his breathing was heavy with disbelief and pure disappointment.
“It was wrong of me to ignore your texts and calls. I’m not good enough, so I stayed behind after they left to practice. I want to be better, but it seems like I don’t have to. Who the fuck appreciates me anyway?” He grumbled quietly and moved away from you, throwing his clothes aside and calmly walking out of the room, and out of your apartment.
You felt yourself crumbling and holding the wall for support when your legs gave way. Jimin had never, ever fought with you like that and not once during your petty fights and quarrels did he raise his voice to this extremity. Was this the end of the two of you, who had lasted through so many obstacles just to be together?
Jimin felt so humiliated and shocked that Y/N wouldn’t lower down her volume and speak to him comfortably and instead, kept screaming at him. Did she really doubt him, even when they were in their third year of their relationship already? What right did she have to be suspicious of him this way? He was working hard every single minute and chance he got so that he could prove to her, and to the world, that Y/N had an amazing boyfriend who was worthy of being shown off.
His efforts led him to not reply her texts or two, and she gets so worked up over this and start yelling her head off at him? It’s funny how they’ve been together for so long and instead of being an understanding woman who has infinite patience for him, trying to comprehend his thoughts and make him feel better as a person, she demands to know why doesn’t answer her texts.
Doesn’t she seem like an overly obsessive girlfriend?
Jimin had been working very hard recently - he wanted to go home with a fitter and more toned body so that he would make Y/N proud, as well as the rest of his friends and family proud. That they had a friend and a son that was of show off standard. After not working out for a period of time, Jimin had lost his perfectly toned chocolate abs and what covered it now was a layer of smooth and flat skin. In short, fat.
He disliked the comments towards him whenever he told everyone that he wasn’t as muscular as before, and that he loved his flat tummy. However, the comments didn’t stop and at house visiting, he was ridiculed by his relatives for not losing more weight and living healthier. Even though Y/N didn’t say a negative word about his body and only complimented him, saying he was more than just beautiful to her, he was perfection, that didn’t seem to go into his head.
All he could think about was the sick insults that was directed to his abdominal muscle area.
That therefore led to Jimin practicing more excessively than usual during his dance group’s practices - Jimin forced himself to sweat it out during practice to tone his legs. After practice ended and everyone dragged themselves back home, Jimin went straight to the gym - without so much a break in between, maybe a small apple on the way there, and then it was another round of intense body building training sessions.
Jimin couldn’t stop. He had to live up to his friends and relatives’ expectations. He was the cute guy with so toned muscles you’d be shocked to see him. He had to live up to that name so that he could lift his head up high.
You weren’t seeing his efforts though. It dealt a pretty big blow to Jimin to know that his own girlfriend, Y/N, could not see through the facade he was putting up, the fact that he came home so tired out every night he couldn’t speak much, waking up with terrible aches all over his body the next day. What was the point then, if Y/N was only going to pester him about why he wasn’t answering his phone?
Wouldn’t he be better off gone? That way, he didn’t have to struggle every single day to satisfy everyone’s expectations, and he didn’t have to bother working so hard, doubly, triply hard than everyone else in his dance group. He wouldn’t disappoint his relatives as they would remember him as the cute muscly man. He wouldn’t have to make Y/N scream in anger every single time they fought about communication problems.
How easy.
You ran all the way to Jimin’s apartment, all the while fear and worry coursing through your veins, pumping the adrenaline and pushing you to run. It was pretty near so it didn’t take you more than 20 minutes to get there. You didn’t know whether to cry or not; you were holding your tears in as you screamed Jimin’s name from afar, banging your fists against the wooden door.
Realizing the door wasn’t locked, you rushed into the apartment and hollered for Jimin, looking around the apartment wildly. Since you couldn’t see him in the small kitchen and the living room, you knew he’d be in the toilet.
Your feet moved without yourself knowing and when you came to your senses, you were standing dumbly in the toilet doorway, watching as the floor was flooded with water from the still running tap.
In the overflowing bathtub lay an unconscious Jimin, which you came conscious to, and hurried over to turn off the tap, hauling him out of the bathtub, all the while sobbing hysterically and begging him to wake up.
“Jimin, baby please stay with me, I’m sorry.” you wailed, cradling Jimin close to your chest, feeling him go limp in your arms. You shook his cold body, willing him to wake up and look at you.
It was then you realized how much this boy in front of you got so much thinner. You nearly slapped yourself when you knew that all the while, he was trying to lose weight and gain some muscles. It hit you hard and you only cried harder, wishing for him to stop and to wake up, so that you could look him in the eye and endlessly apologize to him, making it up to him however he wanted.
You shakily placed two fingers to his nose, and found that his breathing was extremely shallow, causing you to panic. Water probably went inside his lungs and you had to perform mouth-to-mouth. A pinch of relief came to you when you remembered that you were taught resuscitation in school before.
Placing your mouth onto his, you breathed oxygen into his mouth for the appropriate number of times and as calmly as possible, proceeded to listen to his heartbeat, before repeating the cycle. You fervently hoped that he would make it. You couldn’t do it without Jimin.
Your efforts finally prevailed when Jimin choked out water and his breath started to regulate, having you shriek and hold his face in your trembling hands, your eyes moving to every part of his face. “J-Jimin,” you breathed out, your voice shaky and weak. You were about to collapse from the shock but you held on, gently pushing Jimin’s hair away.
“Jimin, talk to me.” You begged, and he coughed, clearing his throat. His eyes were half lidded and he blinked slowly, looking around and then to you. “Y/N..”
The boys bundled into the bathroom and shouts of “Jimin!” “I’m calling the ambulance!” and “Get him a towel!” echoed in the toilet, as you pulled Jimin closer to you, after ensuring he could breathe and was doing fine. “J-Jimin, do you know where are you now?” You asked quietly, and with a disappointed chuckle, he nodded.
“I’m in my toilet.. Of course. I tried to kill myself.” He trailed off, and you felt tears brimming in your eyes. You were the cause of his near death experience. You were the one who triggered this. And you were the one who nearly caused a precious life to be gone.
“I’m so so sorry, Jimin, I’m sorry,” Your breaths were now shallow as you choked on your tears, swallowing your saliva thickly.
Jimin reached out to wipe your tears away with a soft chuckle, as Jin came back with towels. “Don’t cry, don’t be sorry. It’s okay.” He whispered, as the guys started to wrap him up in the towels to dry and warm him up.
“Let’s move him out to the living room.” Namjoon spoke, and you allowed Jungkook to single handedly carry his hyung to the living room, placing him down on the couch. “Hyung, does it hurt anywhere?” The innocent younger one asked, holding Jimin’s hand tightly.
Jimin shook his head, tiredly blinking at Jungkook with a small smile, waving him off.
That made your heart break entirely. Jimin tried so hard to make himself look good, and it went unrecognized, especially by you. You had been nothing but a bitch to him recently, and you didn’t know how to face him now. Nothing you do would change the fact that you were cause of him wanting to commit suicide.
Jimin’s voice that called out for you came from the couch, but your feet froze in the kitchen, unable to move. You were in pure shock at your own detestable actions, and you couldn’t move forward. Your lips trembled and your eyes watered. You couldn’t face Jimin like this.
“Yah, Y/N, come over.” Yoongi beckoned for you to come over, rolling his eyes at your childish actions. Why couldn’t you at least not be the typical girl in a drama, standing there in guilt as you cried? “Can you stop being a fucking baby and come over?!” Yoongi yelled, making Jimin push Yoongi away, a protective glint in his eyes. “Hyung, don’t. Y/N, come over.”
Shuffling forward, you lowered your gaze under the glare of Namjoon and Yoongi, kneeling down in front of Jimin and keeping your head down. “Look at me,” he mumbled quietly, tipping your chin upwards to face him. He groaned when he saw your tear-streaked cheeks, red nose and shiny eyes. “Can y’all shut the fuck up and stop being so mean to Y/N?” He demanded angrily, only to have Yoongi stand up.
“Dumbass, she was the one who made you commit suicide! If it weren’t for us you wouldn’t have been dead by now! Can’t you see she isn’t worth it? All she does is squabble with you and pick on you over little things!” Seokjin pushed Yoongi back. “Yoongi, stop it. You’ve crossed the line.”
Yoongi ignored Seokjin and rolled his eyes. “Your efforts basically went to waste with this woman, seriously.” Your shoulders were now slumped, and you suppressed your urge to just bawl right there and then. Yoongi was right.
You weren’t worthy of Jimin’s love.
“Shut up, hyung.” Jimin hissed. He grabbed your face in your hands and planted a kiss on your lips. ”Don’t listen to him okay?” A low chuckle escaped your lips as you peeled Jimin’s hands off you, patting it gently. Tears were still flowing out of your eyes, no matter how hard you tried to wipe them away. “He’s right. I’m not worthy of you.” Your voice was reduced to a soft whisper from the pain.
Hoseok and Taehyung looked at you worringly, but turned to the door when the sounds of an ambulance sounded in the distance, opening it to wait for the paramedics.
“You don’t deserve a girlfriend who pulls you down.” You mumbled quietly, backing away before Jimin could take your hand. “Wait, no, Y/N, what are you talking about? Come here,” he asked weakly, but his hand was taken by Yoongi, whose icy cold eyes stared into his. “You don’t need someone like her.”
Jimin was getting desperate as the ambulance stopped outside, the paramedic bringing a stretcher into the apartment. “Hyung, please, stop. I love Y/N. Don’t break us apart.” Yoongi ignored the younger boy’s pleas and demanded that he be brought to the hospital.
“Y/N, leave. We don’t need you and we don’t want to see you.” Yoongi once again, ignored Jimin’s wails and screams to stop and they left the apartment, getting into the ambulance. “I’ll message you when we get to the hospital okay?” Seokjin hugged you tightly and patted your head, noticing you were visibly shaking in emotional agony and heartbreak. “Go home first.” He hailed a taxi for you and sent you home, while they followed Jimin to the hospital.
That’s right, they didn’t need your existence anymore. You were now completely useless to them, and Yoongi and Namjoon hated you. What else could happen next?
“Don’t talk to me. Who are you to decide whether I have a girlfriend or not?! I love Y/N and that’s final, why are you destroying my life like this?” Jimin yelled at Yoongi, closing his eyes grumpily. “Shut up. I don’t want to see my younger brother being killed because of someone who doesn’t acknowledge his hard work.”
“Shut up! By chasing her away you’re killing both of us!” Jimin shrieked and the paramedic held him down. Yoongi ignored Jimin and stayed on his phone the whole trip to the hospital.
Your tears didn’t stop in the taxi, even as you got down and went back into your apartment. You were mercilessly torn apart by Yoongi’s words, but who were you to protest? It was all your fault.
Yoongi did the right thing by driving you away. It’s only right that he did so, to prevent further harm done to his brother. His straightforwardness and cruelty sliced right through you, causing your heart to shatter. It’s okay. He wanted the best for Jimin. And so you did what was the best, leaving.
When night fell, you received a text from Taehyung.
“Y/N, Yoongi and Namjoon hyung left. You should come over. Jimin has been a wreck ever since he woke up in the hospital. He refused to take his meds and was forcefully fed by the doctors, and now he’s crying. Please, come over.”
You read the message over and over again, wondering if you should visit. After all, you owed Jimin an apology. You wanted to get this over and done with. Bring him flowers and a warm meal, apologize to him, end it there, and leave, walk right out of Jimin’s life.
“Noona.. You came.” Jungkook stood from the bench outside as you approached the room. You offered him an apologetic smile and a drink. “I’m sorry I caused so much trouble. Is he okay?” Jungkook sighed and accepted the drink, and you saw how his expression looked rather worried. “Hyung won’t eat and drink and he refuses to do anything. He said he wanted to see you very badly.”
In guilt, you lowered your head and nodded, hugging Jungkook before entering the room. Jimin was looking out of the window and mumbled quietly and weakly. “I don’t want to eat. Leave.” You looked at Taehyung and Hoseok and gave them drinks, bowing in apology as they left the room after hugging you and patting your back.
“I’m so sorry..” Jimin murmured and stroked your hair, letting go of you, but not your hands. Your smile came out forced and weak. “It’s not your fault. Yoongi just wanted the best for you.”
“Bullshit. I don’t know what the fuck is up with him, and I don’t know why he wants to split us apart so badly. I’m not doing that. I love you, sweetheart.” Jimin retaliated but his voice fell into a small whisper. Your heart could only break more but you ran a hand through his fire-orange hair.
You found it extremely hard for the words to come out of your mouth. You couldn’t let Jimin go, after all that you’ve went through. “I-I’ll feed you. Okay?” You asked, and you saw his eyes light up as he nodded happily, grinning at you. Before your hand reached out to take the container, Jimin grabbed your hands and gently pressed a sweet kiss to them.
“You know I love you right?” He asked softly, and you felt your walls crumbling again. No, please. No. You looked down in shame.
“I’m sorry I never noticed your body progression, I always thought that you had found someone else who’s better than me. I’m sorry for saying all those mean and hurtful words to you. I’m sorry I’m so possessive over you, I know-” Jimin patted your hands gently and sighed softly.
“Enough. I don’t want to hear those words anymore. Don’t be sorry. I’ll talk to Yoongi hyung okay? I’ll make sure he understands where we’re coming from. Please, don’t take hyung’s words to heart.”
You wanted to believe Jimin. You really wanted to just put everything down and simply believe in Jimin, but Yoongi’s simple words were so powerful and true. Hesitation came over you and you pursed your lips, biting at them nervously.
Upon seeing your nervous state, Jimin squeezed your hands reassuringly and his eyes sparkled with a new found strength, which gave you the energy to grin up at him, leaning in for a long awaited kiss.
You poured all of your emotions into the kiss, feeling the electrifying sensation spread all over your body the moment your lips met. You definitely didn’t want to lose Jimin. You couldn’t handle not having his lips on yours, and you couldn’t deny that you were still head over heels for this innocent and sweet man.
You felt Jimin’s muscular arms wrap around your waist and lift you onto the bed, earning a surprised squeal against his lips as you straddled his lap, hugging him tightly after the kiss.
A cough at the door had you tumbling off Jimin in a second.
Yoongi and Namjoon were at the door, smiling.
Everything was going to be okay after all.
wrote the ending in a drunken state so i apologise if it sucks - i had to get this out today ;-;
Character: Woozi x OC
Genre: Angst
Number of words: 1314 words
Summary: Each time he keeps her waiting, until the darkest times of the night. Each time she waits, until she falls into a deep slumber, even with the knowledge of what Woozi really is doing. Even so, she waits, because she’s still into Woozi..
Yeah after all this time, I’m still into you.
It was another quiet evening in the apartment again. Another night without Jihoon. Another night without his loud yells and giggles resonating throughout the apartment. Yet another dark sky without his warm cuddles and groans, refusing to leave the embrace of the one he ‘supposedly’ loves.
You sat on the couch, sighing in defeat, starting to browse through the magazines as you tried to find something to distract herself, to divert your attention elsewhere. A loud cough escaped your lips as you tried hard to read the words out from the page.
You were well aware of the possibilities of what Jihoon was actually doing right at that moment. In fact, you had a clear idea of where he was, even. Despite the fact that you should have been so furious and pissed off the brink of taking action, you kept your calm and continued to sit on your couch every night, waiting.
Because after all that’s happened, you were still into Jihoon.
You sighed deeply and leaned back into the couch. Your walls were crumbling, day by day, your strong facade was slowly melting away and revealing how your truly felt. No one could be strong for too long.
Of course, when the combination of fear, doubt and insecurity came together as one, what came from it wasn’t anything good. You cried all night upon the sudden realization that Woozi could have been giving all of his cuddles and kisses to someone else, someone else more worthy of his love than you were.
Someone who could give him far more than what you could ever give.
You tried to talk Jihoon into spilling the beans, but time and again, you failed. You couldn’t get him to speak the truth no matter how hard you tried, be it bawling your eyes out in front of him, going on your knees, begging him, trying to ask what went wrong. Not you, not him, but the two of you. What was wrong with the two of you.
He never answered that question properly.
The rattle of keys and one slotting into the key slot startled you from your short trip down the memory lane and you sat straight up on the couch, your head turning to face an exhausted Woozi, who dropped his bag on the floor and nodded towards you, acknowledging your presence. “I’m home.”
“Oh Jihoon. Welcome home.”
A soft ‘Mm’ came as a reply in once again, what seemed like an acknowledgement, this time of your welcome. “I’m tired, so I’m going straight to bed.” He stretched and ruffled his purplish hair, grabbing his bag and making a beeline for the master bedroom, groaning in fatigue as he collapsed onto the bed and tucked himself in.
By then, you were already numb to the bullshit that was happening to you and you and Woozi’s once beautiful life. You no longer reacted to Jihoon’s cold replies and behavior towards you. You were completely out of it, no longer able to shed anymore tears in response to Jihoon.
You knew he didn’t love you like before, but you didn’t know why you were still holding on to him. Not letting him go, not letting him chase his own happiness. You were so selfish.
Sighing in defeat, you quietly entered the bedroom that Jihoon was sleeping in, settling down on the floor beside his sleeping position. You watched and observed as his eyelashes fluttered gently when he blinked a little and as his hair splayed over the pillow, creating a purplish hue under the moonlight.
His hands lay on his tummy and you resisted the urge to just grab it and hold it tightly, squeezing him to death.
Instead, you watched as he slept, adjusting his fringe nicely and gently wiping the drool that leaked from the side of his mouth that was slightly open. A light snore came from the sleeping male and you could only snort softly, unsure of your feelings.
Just why were you still waiting for him? You either confront him or you can wallow in self-pity for the rest of your life. How long were you going to go at this, playing dumb and keeping that facade up? How long did you think you could last?
Those burning questions were slowly eating at your sanity and you hissed quietly, hands balling into fists. You could feel your nails piercing into the skin of your palm and the stinging pain going through your hands. Never in your life have you felt anymore humiliated than this.
Why would you have to have those thoughts?
That could only indicate the faltering strength of your relationship with Jihoon. It was crumbling and fading away. And yet you did nothing to stop this from happening. You sat there and took in every single moment, groaning and moaning about a broken relationship to yourself.
It had never occurred to you that you were at fault too, for not holding Jihoon back. You had the reins. You had a chance to hold him back and talk it out with him. Instead, whenever he refused to talk you left matters there, unsolved.
If Jihoon ultimately decides to leave you, you knew it was partly your fault.
The next morning, you were up before him as you made his breakfast, sighing deeply as you stood at the sink. It then crossed your mind that Jihoon knew about the situation; what was happening between both of you. Yet he chose not to pursue this matter?
Could that also mean something? He doesn’t love you-
“Morning.” Jihoon muttered softly as he strolled into the kitchen, eyebrows furrowed as he came to the realization that you weren’t in the bed with him last night. Where were you?
Looking at the plate of food you made for him, he looked over to yours and wondered why there was an egg on his and none on yours. “You didn’t make an egg for yourself?”
He realized.
You looked at the fridge before staring right back at him, shrugging. “It was the last one. You have it, since you’re working so hard.” The moment the words left your lips, you couldn’t help but feel that your words were contradictory to what he was actually doing.
“..Oh. Why weren’t you in bed last night?”
With that, you looked up and straight into his eyes, searching for a sign of real concern. You needed his concern and care, and honestly you weren’t expecting Jihoon to notice you were even gone. Before you knew it, your words had left your lips already.
“I was just thinking about some stuff. Nothing too important.”
Receiving a nod followed by the sound of crunching biscuits made you sigh inwardly. It was annoying how there was a lack of proper response. Yet you chose to tolerate it, deciding to ignore Jihoon’s somewhat rude reply.
Handing his coat to him, you bid Jihoon a quiet goodbye as you made sure he was dressed warmly before allowing him to leave for ‘work’. You could feel the tears brimming in your eyes as you stopped him, leaning in to place a soft kiss on his lips, which as expected, was not reciprocated.
“I’ll wait for you tonight. Don’t be home too late. I love you.” Your last sentence went unheard as your voice was too soft, too low in volume to compete against the creaking of the door as Jihoon opened it.
Jihoon grunted and nodded, closing the door behind him as he started his short journey to the company he was working at. All while thinking, why am I doing this?
On the other hand, you had finally found yourself sinking to the ground, crying quietly. You had finally shed some tears again, because of Jihoon. And you finally knew why.
