Morning:
Pyramid reps: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
26lb KB double clean, squat, push up 26lb KB double clean, squat, stand up and do shoulder press
35lb KB x 40 single arm bent over rows for each side
100 bodyweight squats - nonstop, steady average pace
Afternoon:
35lb KB x 20 hip lifts (half of the get-up) on each side
26lb KB x 25 goblet squats x 4 sets
4x25 inverted rows (trx)
Workout 3/8/13
Morning: 4reps each for the complex but no overhead movements
120lbs x 1 set 140lbs x 2 sets 130lbs x 1 set
Afternoon:
2 sets of 120lbs x10 cleans 25lb dumbells x 10 bench press
1 set of 140lb x 5 cleans (dropped it on last rep so technically 4reps) 25lb dumbells x 10 bench
1 set of 140lbx5 cleans 35lb dumbell x 5 bench
