Pretty sure that is not how biology works, Wanda! You don't have any children!
She has no logic.
Her children do not exist.

Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015)
You gotta love how Rogers was worried about "innocents" here but didn't really care about them later just because some kind of authority body wanted to oversee the Avengers!

Can people please STOP acting like Doctor Doom has always been in the MCU when he hasn't? He's literally their backup plan after Kang fell through! *eye roll*
#he turned 50 and all filter just melted away lmao
Yeah like I really want to know about what he does in the bedroom or how he likes things there.
How do I tell a friend that I no longer remotely like Pedro Pascal when they still do?
Well if I had any enthusiasm left for the next 2 Avengers movies, it has been killed with this news.
I am sick of Pedro Pascal.
james gunn writing a script where superman is anti isreal, extremely supportive of a free palestine, pro immigrant, anti ice, anti billionaire AND falling for lois at first sight???? OH HE KNOWS CLARK KENT DOOOOWWWNNNNN
Yay MORE WOKE CRAP being shoved down our threats labeled as entertainment!
It's too bad too since Gunn knows how to tell good stories.
See the Guardians of the Galaxy movies.
He made me fall for a talking raccoon and a blue cyborg whose anger issues rival the Hulk's.
HARD PASS on this movie!
Team Iron man fans saying that Steve was wrong for not telling Tony that Bucky killed his parents but honestly, seeing how Tony handled finding out about it, I wouldn't have told him either. Tony was already willing to throw bucky into prison or an institution IMAGINE what he would've done if he found out bucky killed his parents while they still had him in custody. Steve was doing what he always has done, protect Bucky.
People openly supporting the revenge killing of a man who had NO control over his life for the past 70 years and wasn't even conscious for the majority of it because of something he did WHILE BRAINWASHED is insane to me.
(also please don't attack me I'm just stating my opinion TwT)
Fair take, but I think if Steve talked to him, calmly, before the bunker it would have gone all well. Or at least much better than whne they were in Siberia.
In Siberia, Tony was in his suit, mind and body ready for combat, and had just saw his parents die. Pretty big fucking difference and not at all the same if you think about it. In custody, if Steve had told Tony about his parents, his reaction of course would be anger, but not going all-mad. That's because he was not in his suit, and not ready for combat physically or mentally.
Not to mention Bucky didn't even verbally applogize, defend himself, or really do anything but stare at Tony. So really, his parent's murderer is staring at him, right in front of him. Tony, full and spilling with anger, still managed to think logically and get confirmation from Steve if he knew, so he wouldn't also hold the guilt of attacking Steve's best friend.
Yes! Also if he really wanted to kill him he would be dead. Like his suit has all the weapons
Yes, things would have gone so much better if Steve could have been bothered to tell Tony way before they walked into that bunker and got blindsided by that video!
Would Tony still have been angry? Without a doubt he would've been.
But if Steve could have told him before they walked into Zemo's trap, Tony would have something he never had by finding out the way he did and that was TIME TO WORK THROUGH THE EMOTIONS! I fully believe if he'd been given time beforehand, he would have worked through the anger and eventually come back to rational thinking and I believe, he would have wanted to HELP Bucky with getting rid of HYDRA's programming.
Oh and dear OP, for those of us who say Steve should have bothered to tell Tony the truth are not advocating for "revenge killing". That is not what we're saying at all. If we're saying anything, it is that we understand Tony's visceral reaction.
Was it right? No!
Was it understandable on a basic human level? Yes!
Like I said if anything, if Steve has told him before they walked in and saw that video, the entire situation could have been avoided entirely. Tony was not thinking rationally in that scene no matter what some people think of him and if you think he was, then you need to stop and put yourself in his shoes and think how rational you'd be after seeing your parents get brutally executed as the Starks were. If you say that you'd been completely rational in that moment, then I have to question whether or not your emotions are as cold or dead as a Siberian winter.
Zero desire to watch a series in which the title character is the actual narcissist they always accused Tony of being.
I am sick of seeing Pedro Pascal in everything and everywhere.
So I wanted to point out the usual nonsenses coming from Tony Stark antis and luckily enough, one of them made a post quoting pretty much most of their popular "arguments" (if I can refer to them as such), so let's take a look at this user’s main points and see how solid they are.
"Let's talk about the horrible shit Tony has done in the MCU"
Please keep in mind the "horrible shit" term all along during your reading.
Not a Wanda fan so you might want to UNFOLLOW!
@dragon-master-kai, I am serious about the fact I'm not a Wanda Maximoff fan!
thinking about sam's "cap, can you hear me? cap, it’s sam. can you hear me? on your left" in endgame. it's literally the most important line in the history of mcu and i'm tired of people pretending it isn't
As much as I love Sam, nah this isn't the single most important line utter by an MCU character.
I'll give you a clue what it was by tell you who said it: Look at my user icon.
my thought on captain america civil war
rewatching captain america civil war rn. i've always been team iron man and it seems like i'm becoming more and more fond of that team for every rewatch.
steve says something in the meeting with ross at the start of the movie. he says: "The Avengers were formed to make the world a safer place. I feel we've done that." that statement isn't untrue, the avengers did stop the world for whatever catastrophe it was facing in The Avengers, as well as Ultrons plan to eradicate the human race in age of ultron. but, the reality is that everywhere they went, a lot of people died, and they left a massive amount of collateral damage. that's why the accords were created, and that's what it's talking about.
i'm not necessarily an anti-team cap person, but i think it was quite naive not to understand where the UN was coming from. that's my two cents on this movie!!! the politics in this movie makes you think, and i love that. whether you're team cap or team iron man, i would love to know your thoughts on this matter!!!
Like father, like eldest daughter.
Just saw an over 65,000 liked video on TikTok about how Stan Lee’s plan from the beginning for the MCU was that Tony Stark was going to turn into Victor Von Doom….
With a comment liked by the original poster being “I’ve been screaming since AOU that Tony Stark was the real villain of the Infinity Saga!”
……………
That creator is probably right, and I seriously fucking cannot.
That’s why the MCU couldn’t fucking stop with the “Tony Stark was always the villain” narrative, even after he’s dead.
And most MCU fans are going to eat. that. shit. up.
It is going to be fucking brutal to be a fan of MCU Tony Stark these next couple of years, even more so than during the Infinity Saga (especially during Civil War).
But to mainly sum up my feelings about it:
Y'all get over the "Tony Stark was always the real villain" narrative already, please!
For starters, Stan Lee never had control of the MCU!
Second, just STOP IT!
He was never the real villain in the MUC in any way, shape, or form and if you say Civil War then like me ask you: Did you somehow miss ZEMO? He was the VILLAIN! HE WAS THE ONE WHO MANIPULATED THEM ALL INCLUDING TONY!
Until the explicitly say that Victor von Doom has more in common that sharing Tony's face because RDJ plays them both, then yeah JUST STOP IT ALREADY!!!
