I have come to the conclusion that in the tokyo ghoul fandom there are three breeds of Tsukiyama enjoyers

1: Posts a long and well written meta about him and his character development, what was done well and what could have been handled better. Their sources are cited, their reasoning is immaculate, this could be an English essay that would blow their teacher’s tits clean off

2: defends him to hell and back. Shuu has done nothing wrong ever and anyone who says he has is fundamentally evil. They either make the most wonderful point about the narrative failings or the most batshit insane claims and there’s no in between. They have decided this inbred twink is their hill to die on and, honestly, understandable
