So with a lot of help from @ginger__peach, I can say with confidence this is my favorite creation and plating to date. Pan seared and roasted french cut lamb chops drizzled with a red wine, garlic and rosemary reduction, grilled asparagus, garlic mashed red potatoes, and four off the cuff homemade sauces. Top to bottom: a rosemary-mint horseradish cream, honeycrisp and granny smith apple cinnamon apple chutney, mango rosemary butter sauce, and chiptole dark chocolate sauce. Paired with a 2014 California Cabernet-Sauvignon.
