I was testing out different body types for them because I wanted them to be different

Steeljaw is slim

Bumblebee is chubby

And Thunderhoof has Muscles and is quite thin 😋

A little steelhoofbee idea

When Bumblebee is sparked, Steeljaw gets jealous that the sparkling is more or likely going to look like Thunderhoof, so Bumblebee suggests for Thunderhoof to spark steeljaw.

Steeljaw, after a while, agrees and Thunderhoof has to take care of both of them.

Steeljaw mostly sleeps and Bumblebee eats a lot.

Steeljaw is mostly dominated when it comes to interfacing but that doesn't mean he doesn't enjoy being a little submissive.

I will say, a fun thing about Moulin Rouge is that the movie (a jukebox I think made in 1990s) has a much more trippy and upfront cheeky style at times with it’s music and cinematography, while the stage musical (made in 2015 with more modern songs) does get a little abstract for certain sequences, but it keeps that dramatic stage feel throughout all of it. So there’s options when applying to Steelbee!

An example is a scene where the protagonist (Christian) gets really drunk, like extremely drunk because he’s sad about potentially losing his lover (Satine). In the movie route, there’s imagery of Bee, drunk off his ASS, going through a trip seeing visions of Steeljaw as the green fairy (they drink absinthe in the movie and show which is where the Green Fairy visions come from. There unfortunately isn’t a soundtrack for the scene they get drunk in the movie -criminal- but the musical soundtrack uses a borderline heavenly cover of Chandelier)

OR, in a route with the tone of the stage soundtrack, it’s Bee, also drunk off his ass trying to get over his heartache, seeing visions of Steeljaw as the dancing green fairy, but trying to reach for him while feeling even MORE heartache and longing before he’s sobered up right into El Tango De Roxanne (yeah the story jumps to 100 really quickly)

I don’t think the OG anon wants Bee to have nice things in this concept, and frankly neither do I >:)

I love when things have the most amount of angst ever and it really sets the mood.

I was actually thinking of a new au for steelbee but I'll talk about that later.

You know what, a thought just occurred to me

Steelbee, but it’s a Moulin Rouge inspired plot line (if you haven’t seen the movie or stage musical and you don’t want spoilers delete this ask RIGHT NEOW it’s fantastic trust)

Bumblebee arrives on Earth to investigate the Alchamore, but he encounters Steeljaw, a charming yet jaded con who everyone keeps advising Bee against getting to know, and even Steeljaw tries warding Bumblebee away. But as we all know, when Bee sets his mind to something Primus himself cannot steer him off path to learn his lesson the easy way.

Steeljaw is doing his damned hardest to get a pack on his side, and he does utilise how attractive he is. A particularly valuable ally is Thunderhoof, someone experienced in these smaller scale wars and already quite powerful with his strength. Steeljaw knows the best way to achieve his goals is getting Thunderhoof recruited by any means necessary, but unfortunately he’s had a few too many encounters with a certain lieutenant, so he’s torn between what his mind is telling him is sensible, versus what his spark really wants.

They have a hidden romance going on, and Bee is REALLY hoping to get Steeljaw to join the autobots and Steeljaw likes to imagine it’s a possibility for him, but little do they know others are getting suspicious and a LOT of hurt is gonna happen with them being from two different worlds with different priorities (did this stem from me imagining Steelbee to El Tango De Roxanne and Bee feeling heartache over someone who is “too far gone” and he is “better off without”, according to his friends, and cannot be his? Yes.)

I haven't watched the movie or the stage musical and I really don't mind spoilers!

I really enjoy the though you put into this and honestly? IT MATCHES THEM. Just the way you explained it is so well and maybe once I've watched the movie I'll understand more and really get to know what your mind cooked up. 🥹

Also yes steeljaw would use his attractiveness to his advantage 🥹

I will listen the the music first considering I'm too broke to afford the movie rn.
