CERN: A weasel puts down the world's largest particle accelerator

A weasel was introduced Friday in the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN in Geneva. It is the cause of a short circuit causing a failure in the largest particle accelerator in the world. The repairs will take several days. The LHC has experienced “severe electrical disturbance Friday at 5:30,” said the CERN (CERN) in his daily activity report.
