Alouette is a French children rhyme, usually sung to teach body parts, but as every song it must have a deeper meaning.

My idea for this artwork is based on s1ep3 of Sherlock, "The Great Game". John is represented as the lark, who "makes lovers part" which, in Moriarty's mind, are he and Sherlock, thus putting Moriarty as the protagonist of this creepy rhyme.

I just thought it'd fit Moriarty for the creepiness of it all :D also he knows French. maybe. in my mind
