CRS globalization, Spain international asset allocation program launched!
On 26th August 2019, the organization for economic cooperation and development (OECD) announced the latest list of countries joining the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes on the official website. Guinea, Namibia and Honduras have successively announced their commitment to implement the International Standards for Information Exchange and the Standards for Automatic Exchange of Tax-related Information in Financial Accounts (CRS).
Switzerland officially begins exchange in September 2019
On 15th August 2019, under the pressure of the international community, Switzerland entered the formal CRS exchange process, and the Federal Parliament officially announced that in September 2019, CRS tax-related information will be exchanged with tax authorities in 33 countries and regions around the world, which means:

What is CRS?
The Common Reporting Standard, referred to as CRS, was commissioned by the Group of Twenty (G20) and was established by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) on 15th July, 2014 for the exchange of financial account information.
In simple terms, the CRS is to improve tax transparency and combat cross-border tax evasion through the exchange of tax resident information between participating countries and regions.
