Running in the rain How do you feel about running in the rain . I personally don't mind if it rains whilst I am running but it's different if it rains before I got out. Nearly always puts me off. Today was no exception but I did run this evening instead so feeling good about it.

Thank God it’s Friday ! Well its not actually that bad. It’s been a short week but i’m just glad its the weekend. Time to relax and unwind with Kim. What more could I ask for ? Ran 5K this morning which adds to the total for the week (10K) and the good news is that I am getting faster. So winter has arrived…
It’s been chilly to say the least over the last few days up here in the north west of the UK. I suppose no surprise really as we are nearly in December! Anyways this sort of whether makes me feel like it’s a real winter. Cool crisp air . Brilliant bright sun and amazing sunsets and sunrises. Long may it continue . Great new. You will soon be able to get the classic Arcade game SONIC the Hedgehog on Mega Drive again. SEGA are releasing a 25th Anniversary edition of the game which will run on it’s own MEGA drive !! I remember playing this over and over again with the kid’s in the 90’s. Yes. You did read that correctly. A ‘bankrupt’ businessman, Alan Yeomans built a six bedroom ‘mansion’ inside a farm cowshed. It was full of antiques as well as a working canabis farm !
