           Engel here is pretty quick to just roll with that suggestion. She drops the previous topic in a gluttonous instant.

        “ Ice cream? Do you think they have the Princess BubbleGum Cotton Candy Extravaganza flavor? “ One that sounds like a cavity on a cone, honestly. Engel is bouncing around already. She does not need a sugar rush on top of her already obnoxious energy. “ Let’s goo! “

           Try as she might, Engel's curious nature always wins. Today in particular, it inspired the crazy silverette to wander into the airplane yard. She knows that she isn’t supposed to be here. Planes are expensive--- and dangerous, if you don’t know how to behave around them!

           Having gotten her fill of sneaky adventure, she was just about to sneaky retreat out of there when she spots someone. Someone who, she worries, probably saw her too... and is probably about to get mad at Engel for trespassing.

        “ Eeeeeeel, u-uh... Don’t mind me, uhhhh... I’m... uh... “

        “ --- I-I’m so glad you found me! I had fallen from heaven and didn’t know where I was! Your mortal world is so hard to navigate, ah... ahahaaa...! “

           A talented baker has been passed on the street! Engel can smell the sweet scent of poffins coming off the pretty blunette. Being spontaneous and impulsive, she spins on a dime towards the blue haired stranger.

        “ I smell something sweet! Are you an angel of sugar? “ Engel’s Torchic, DESTROYER, gives Annalise a very apologetic chirp. His trainer is crazy.

“Engel! Engel Engel Engel! Cyan and I caught a new pokemon friend!” She held up her Zigzagoon Simba style. Said pokemon was wiggling, trying to get some purchase in the air. Seeming to notice this, she held him close to her instead,”I’m thinking maybe naming him Zany? Or or or Ziggory! Ziggory sounds better, doesn’t it?”

               This is a terrible thing to ask Engel for help with... Because she’s going to stand up on the nearest benth, with one hand on her hip and the other dramatically poised by her forehead. Then, she swept out her arms,

            “ I’ve asked Arceus, and the Holy Suggestion is ZIGGURAT! “ -- and then, from the force and excitement of this gesture, slipped off the bench and landed on her butt.

Since joining Unova’s Elite Four, Grimsley has come to accept that interruptions while dining out are part of the territory. Overzealous schoolboys assume he’ll be terribly interested in hearing about their plans to one day demolish him, and schoolgirls who elongate their vowels are hellbent on making a photograph with him their Pokénav’s background. Still, it usually doesn’t bother him—even in places like this, a quiet Hoenn cafe on Lilycove’s seafront.

So when something tugs at his scarf, Grimsley naturally assumes it’s a curious child. He sets down his coffee and turns his head, planning to deliver a diplomatic request that they get their sticky fingers off the cashmere fabric… until he realises that beak can’t belong to a human. It’s a Torchic, with one fellow patron failing to be inconspicuous as she watches.

❝Please call off your chicken.❞

           DESTROYER, all caps, curse his trainer, wished he would be called off. Being the more sensible chicken between them, he knew better than to bother an Elite Four member. It was just asking to be fried. And yet, here he was... Giving in to his trainer’s weird demands, because he was afraid of damaging what little self confidence she had. 

           Not that her lack of self worth would be apparent. No, not when she wore this crazy false personality of hers. 

        “ He’s looking~! “ Engel squealed under her breathe at first. Then, remembering who she was, she rose from her table... struck a pose... and proceeded to make DESTROYER wish his most embarrassing life event was his name.

        “ WHY~! What a twist of fate! When trainers’ eyes meet, they are doomed by the laws of our cruel, violent society to engage in battle! It is but our fate as noble men and women born on this cruel Earth to show the common folk what true elegance is-- “ Engel paused. To breath. And check his reaction. Oh man, Grimsley. The real thing. He must think she’s so cool...!!!
