Suddenly, a rail pass with your name floats ever so gently before you, hovering in the air before it settles in your palms. You do not recall ever buying yourself a pass.
In fact, you never saw a booth.
A breeze blows by your face as the train arrives. Between two dimensional tears, the rustic railway door opens, waiting for however long until you step in.
Step aboard the mysterious train, let's go on a journey to a galaxy unknown.
Step aboard the mysterious train, and witness the world yet to unravel.
Hesitation weighs upon your steps, or perhaps enthusiasm for a new adventure puts a spring in your hop. No matter how you feel, you step aboard the train.
In the sea of colours: you find passengers speaking to each other, while others mull over their thoughts in solitude. Are they just like you, passengers who chanced upon a rail pass and a train ride out of nowhere? Or are they residents of the express?
You walk past the seats to scout the train's length, only to find an endless stretch of coaches, people after people. A handful of attendants are eager to inform you of the train and its destinations.
There is no end to the train, so you surrender to a seat in The Grandtrail Express.

Once you are aboard the Grandtail Express, you are bound to its endless, looping journey, stopping every so often between four planets: Frouriz, O-Tera, Aphephis and Dyria-SPX.
Regardless, time on the Grandtrail Express is liberally spent: the space encourages its passengers to get to know one another, rest, or even dine. After all, time outside remains in a stasis for the passenger, until they step out. There are separate coaches for such activities, and most information compiled and registered to the Grandtrail Planetary Union (GPU) regarding the galaxy’s planets are ready for viewing on the train.
The arrivals may choose to continue travelling on the train, or stop by at any one of the planets. Space stations are more than welcome to visitors, but require frequent maintenance and servicing. One such station will be closed in the Fall, but operate for the rest of the year.
It is important to note that although interplanetary connectivity exists, only one area in each of these planets are considered habitable, some bigger than others. Beyond these areas that are populated by natives and travellers alike, it is covered in a heavy mist that poisons and intoxicates those who try to venture past them.
Those who have served the communities at Grandtrail (in this case, have made ample posts and connections) in many ways may ask for something in return from the authorities, such as expansion and development of desired planet, business development, or perhaps... for a position among the elusive GPU.
