Been on a binge for a month needing help with getting out of it

CW: 81.6 KG (180lbs….)

GW: 50kg (110lbs….)

I’m tall I’m hoping I can get to 100 but I’m setting a goal that doesn’t seem THAT drastic. I need to lose these 70 pounds or I’m gonna go insane.

Give me tips on how to lose this weight in 4-5 months…
