I feel like article 13 (a law the eu wants to place that will make it impossible to post, link to or create transformative art of content that is not your own - such as news shows or art - without payment) could actively destroy fandom. Like, this will be worse than Anne Rice suing you for writing fic. Basically this would make memes illegal because the original picture doesn’t belong to you.
