No really, please reblog this if you can, because this site in general, but fandom spaces especially bad for this, to the point where people are genuinely afraid of harassment they may face for saying ‘Pedophilia is a bad thing and you probably should not encourage it’ or for calling it what it is. Fandom spaces are also especially bad for screaming about how it’s ‘just fiction’ when we know damn well that fiction impacts reality.

      MY, MY SHE CERTAINLY IS THE BEAUTY THE ENTIRE COUNTRY CLAIMS. a capulet – not quite ‘ friends ‘ ; not an enemy either – acquaintances at best. one trip to verona on the CAPTAIN’S orders. the capulets grew fond of the silver tongue. trust gained with kind words. business among the capuets & their sworn enemy – the montagues – reached far beyond venice. home. or rather lack thereof. the MOOR grew impatient of his games. naïve to true motivations. the sin of covert anger pulsed with discomfort each day. wound healing – though never truly dissipating. SCAR would forever remind the man of his sins. errors of his way – not a mistake. stealth had not been kind to him. the CAPTAIN was meant to know of the treachery. pride the greatest sin of all.

      for years he would call his new prison – HOME. & word spread of the indignities of the conspirator. even so. enemies request particular services. ones that the TRAITOR could provide with ease. cunning mind would ruin him once more. the death of a montague – or a capulet. in due time , it would become clear.

      ❝ by heavens , the SATISFACTION of thy fair beauty is enough – but patience mistress. wilt thou speak with me of one – MONTAGUE ? ❞

❝ montague ? ❞ the maiden repeats, the visage of radiance shielded with a crafted mask of coy displeasure. ❝ montague --- ❞ juliet reiterates in faux incredulous disgust. A ROLE crafted so well by she in attempt to shield her true intentions regarding a particular montague. ALAS ! it is but her sworn enemy, and she shall play the role of capulet’s sworn dutiful daughter. 

❝ what i do beseech you sayeth of MONTAGUE except tis mine sworn enemy ? ❞ juliet implores, incarnation of capulet loyalty to blood and kin, and a dedication to one loyal truth: despise of that which she is TOLD TO HATE  by her namesake.

juliet capulet is smart and witty and infinitely loving and hilariously sarcastic and discerning, and she’s grown up in a climate of strife and mistrust and violence, having to be proper all the time and sensible and not overstep,

so the biggest compliment she can pay anyone is being silly around them, letting herself relax, trusting them enough to not be proper and restricted and to let herself show her emotions and be allowed to be her loving delightful self with a right to happiness,

and it pissed me off that people demonise or mock those things about her. let my daughter be happy
