               he’d be lying to himself if the display of possession didn’t make his heart race, features heating up when jisung settles a finger under his chin. he finds the change in expression attractive, biting his bottom lip to hold back the smile threatening to spill over. eyes trail down the other’s wrist before he turns his gaze to his face, eyes just barely glazed over. ❛ crystal clear, ❜ he murmurs, voice soft in contrast to his expression, ❛ when do you want me to start ? ❜

               ❛ sorry, sorry, ❜ he murmurs, slapping his face with two hands quickly & blinking when he feels a little more awake than he did before. where she picks off, seungjun still has no clue what she’s talking about but nods along, humming appropriately until she changes the topic. he feels sluggish, tired from a late night & it’s a moment before he realizes she asked him a question. ❛ uh, i’m studying for my chemical engineering test on monday, ❜ he gestures vaguely to the loose leaf notes scattered around him, shrugging to himself as he shuffles a paper away from her side of the table. ❛ & i also have a report to write up, so just — y’know, couple things to do. ❜

           if this was roughly a year ago, her colleagues would have been targeting abel for approaching lee kyungri. she was somewhat of a minor celebrity within the student body, ( now freshly graduated, studying diligently for the bar exam ) the venerable law student whom had been governor oh hongbin’s right-hand woman for years. even if her official title had been personal secretary, she had contributed just as much to his political crusade as the official himself. kyungri had accomplished this all while maintaining a perfect 4.0 gpa. she felt confident mentoring abel now, wanting him to rise to the same level of success as she had, ❛ shouldn’t you be more focused on your studies instead of your shopping ? ❜ she’s scrolling on her phone to examine the change in stock prices, not granting his new item a single look, ❛ that sounds very unscrupulous of you, not exactly the model law student. i’ll let it slide if you exempt me from the selfie. i’m not photogenic, ❜ anyone could tell it was the exact opposite, her face perfect for capturing in a shoot. kyungri, however, didn’t understand her own appeal.

               her words fall on deaf ears, the boy pulling the phone out of the bag & turning to selfie mode easily, leaning into her personal space as he smiles big. it takes him several clicks & a few angle changes before he’s satisfied, turning to her with a pout. ❛ listen, i deserve to treat myself. you saw what i got for my grade on the last test ! it was almost perfect, i was just a point away from a full mark. ❜ he slides his phone back into his pocket, tipping the bag he was using & pouring out a myriad of snacks. absentmindedly, he picks one at random, unwrapping it & taking a big bite before speaking. ❛ what does unscrupulous even mean ? sounds like a made up word if you ask me, ❜ he knows she didn’t ask, opts to smile & eat & lean into her space to look at her phone, ❛ what are you doing, by the way ? it looks really boring. ❜

ＰＬＯＴＳ！

these are some plot ideas that i think are pretty nice, and that are not so cliché. they’re all very simple and anyone can lead this to different directions - fluff, angst, even smut. feel free to reblog if you enjoy them !!!

ONE. muse a is absolutely awful at cooking and their neighbor, muse b, cooks like heaven. everyday, muse a can smell something delicious coming out from muse b’s house/apartment, so one day they finally have the guts to ring their bell and ask for food. bonus: muse a actually asks muse b to teach them how to cook!

TWO. muse a works at a cafe that muse b goes to on a daily basis, so muse a already knows muse b’s order and name. so, everyday, muse a writes muse b’s name on their paper cup, until one day they decide to write their phone number instead of muse b’s name. will muse b call muse a?

THREE. muse a walks the same way everyday to go to work and return home from work. one day, they find this person, muse b, all bruised and hurt, sitting on the sidewalk, with no id or money on them. their clothes are dirty and they are shaking, but they refuse to say a word. muse a gets worried and brings muse b home, feeding them and offering them a bath and clean clothes. but what the hell happened to muse b? why won’t they talk?

FOUR. muse a is a good student and has only excellent grades. they’re focusing on a bright, successful future and don’t want anything to distract them. meanwhile, muse b doesn’t give a damn about studying and only wants to have fun. they are intelligent, but they have pretty bad grades. now, muse b finds out they will fail if they don’t start having good grades, so they know muse a would be pretty helpful. one day, they find out muse a has a secret they’re hiding (i.e they’re having sex with the professor, they’re doing drugs, etc. be creative!), so they start threatening to reveal muse a’s dirty secret if they don’t help muse b. classic bad boy/girl x good girl/boy plot with a twist. bonus: they hate each other at first, but then start actually liking each other.

FIVE. muse a’s first time drinking is at this party where muse b is, too. of course muse a doesn’t know what their limits are and end up pretty wasted. muse a and muse b hook up, and that’s all muse a remembers. the next morning, they wake up to see muse b by their side, in an unknown bed, naked. what happened last night?

SIX. muse a and muse b has always been best friends, but they also secretly had a crush on each other. now, muse a is starting to get involved with someone else, and muse b has to hide jealousy… or not? 

SEVEN. the classic fake boyfriend/girlfriend plot! muse a has a strict, traditional family in the countryside that is dying to see muse a with a significant other. so, in order to make their family happy, they ask muse b to pretend to be their boyfriend/girlfriend for the weekend. bonus: they are actually attracted to each other and don’t really have to pretend.

EIGHT. muse a is visiting a small town and misses the last train to their city. they notice that muse b seems to be in the same situation. to top this, they only have enough money to rent one room in the town’s motel, so hey, let’s share the room? it’s either that or sleeping in the station.

NINE. muse a is a rich kid who has everything they want, whenever they want. muse b, on the other hand, is a middle class person who isn’t quite attached to material things. when they meet and fall in love, muse a has to deal with the fact that muse b is nothing like them, and nothing like what their family pictured as their significant other. will muse a be able to free themselves from the money and the status and assume muse b to their family? or is power and money more important thana muse b’s love?

TEN. muse a and muse b dated for a while in the past. they went separate ways, but their relationship had been really good - they have pretty good memories of each other. now muse a has found their dream job, muse b is living their life happily, too. and suddenly they meet again, under whole new circumstances: muse a will be working at muse b’s company, and they will be workmates. how will this relationship develop? will they be competitive, nice to each other or pretend they don’t know each other? bonus: they still kinda feel something for each other. bonus two: one of them is already taken.

                   words  kept  on  falling  from  seojun’s  lips  and  shiloh  for  the  first  time  in  his  life  found  himself  to  be  speechless.  eyes  follow  the  other’s  movements  and  dark  lined  eyes  narrow  (  the  dim  light  of  the  room  allowing  the   faint  pink  sparkles  that  adorned  lids  to  warmly  glow ).  though  as  soon  as  the  male  comes  to  sit  next  to  him ,  shiloh  quickly  stands  up —– as  if  his  whole  body  was  lit  on  fire ( though  was  that  not  exactly  how  he  felt  right  now  with  this  sudden  favor  ?  ).  ❛ this is what you ask me ? you could have said anything —– anything … maybe even for once not being so selfish and … ❜ apologize. though  that  never  leaves  glossed  lips , instead  slender  digits  run  through  orange  dyed  hair &  eyes , colored such  deep brown , come  to rest  upon  the  other’s  form.  ❛ are you that desperate ? doing whatever i want in return ?  ❜ and  just  as  easily  eyes  narrow once again– bad  habits  so  very  quickly  taking  hold  of  him once more. this  time  he  wouldn’t  be  the  one  that  got hurt.  he would  make  sure  of it.  ❛  fine —– for whatever i want in return and which you can’t refuse , i’ll consider doing it.❜ a  parting  gift to  remember  it  would  be. though  not  for  him. not  this  time.

      ❛ you’re still hung up on that ? ❜ he murmurs, eyes never leaving shiloh’s as he sits up. there’s no way he can say no, not when too much was at stake & opts to smile, nod his head in agreement. he doesn’t want to argue ( because even to this day, he doesn’t know what he did wrong ) & lose the one person he’d trust enough to lie to his sister. ❛ yeah, i am that desperate. i love my sister & i know it’d kill her if she found out i was actually single after telling her i’ve been dating someone for the past three months. ❜ a corner of his lips tilt up. ❛ does this ‘ anything ‘ involve something humiliating ? not that i wouldn’t do it, because this is too important to me, but i’d like a heads up. ❜ he wants to say more, to spill & fill the tension between them with something stupid & reckless but he knows if he keeps talking that it will backfire on him. seojun settles for playing with his fingers, eyes downcast before they flick upwards to shiloh’s. ❛ so, do we have a deal ? you’ll pretend to date me, maybe we’ll even have hate sex — i’m kidding about that one, don’t change your mind, ❜ his tone takes a desperate edge, a laugh falling from tiers to cover it up,  ❛ we pretend to date for two weeks in front of my sister & then it’s done. ❜

      it’s best described as condescending, the way he sweetly smiles up to her from his place on the sofa. in this room, there is a clear separation of power he thrives on. ❛ good, i’m glad to see you’re actually capable of being decent at your job. do you have anything else you want to tell me or are you just going to stand there & look dumb all day ? ❜

—– ✤✤  a hit came onto seojun’s arm lightly after his reply to nathan’s question. but he knew the words had no bite to them so the hit was very light. almost too light to even feel it. however, the roll of his eyes were pretty obvious and hard. nathan focused his gaze onto the screen once again when seojun zoomed in though. it was not bad surely but it was unusual. no one has taken such a picture of him before. “no.” he answered. “you can keep it.” because he didn’t care much if the photo was present or not. the mutant raised his eyes up to the other’s face with a soft chuckle. “will you pay me for modelling? it will take one coffee per picture.” he teased the other before giving him a shrug. “that’s something. you look ugly all the time.”

      seojun winces dramatically at the hit, a hand immediately rubbing at the spot as he pouts at the other male before laughing to break character. ❛ stop that, i’m older than you. don’t you know anything about respect ? ❜ he says, a smile mingling in with his words as he clicks his phone shut. ❛ one coffee per picture ? sounds like a rip off. why not a meal per shoot ? all expenses paid for by yours truly. ❜ he says, before managing a snort at the comment & rolling his eyes. ❛ yeah ? tell that to my digital photography teacher, she thinks i’m the hottest thing on this earth since meteorites. i’m pretty sure if it wasn’t illegal, she’d make moves, y’know ? that’s how hot i am. you on the other hand... you poor baby duckling. ❜

This must’ve been the sixteenth round she’d played so far today and her losing streak didn’t seem to be reaching an end any time soon. Her anger was easy to trigger, especially when it came to video games. On her own, she could fume and rage in the comforts of her own company, but sometimes there were factors that made her a bit more sensitive. “This game is rigged. This is what happens when we queue up with random people.” The television screen’s bright lights reflected onto the rims as she jammed her fingers into the buttons on the controller. As the final score cap lit up in front of her, Bunny tossed her controller onto the table and pouted. “I thought you were supposed to be ‘the best player in the nation,’ Dowon. What the heck, man.” @gravltys

      he laughs loudly when he sees her score, tucked in the corner of the sofa with a blanket around his shoulders & a bowl of cereal between his hands. it’s with a cheshire smile when he turns to her, setting down his bowl & picking up the controller she threw away as he prepares to play a round. ❛ first of all, i am the best player in the nation. & it was without cheating too, ❜ he sets up another round, habitually chewing on his bottom lip in concentration, ❛ secondly, just because you suck doesn’t mean i suck. we’re not a hive mind, baby. ❜ he teases, turning to her & sticking his tongue out before the game sounds the start of the round. he falls easily into concentration, wiping out the opponent before the round ends & he looks to her with a triumphant smirk, gently throwing the controller onto her lap & picking up his cereal bowl. ❛ what did i say, best player in the nation, right ? ❜
