A small portion of my canning progress so far- minus the 5 pints of pickles my husband helped me with a few days ago. The pressure canner was definitely intimidating at first, but I think we will be fast friends.

Pickles, hot mix, yellow potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, nectarine jam, blueberry preserves in syrup, apple butter, onions, and salsa.

From the dehydrator- lemons, limes, apples, onions, peaches, and what survived of the strawberries.
