Right here [veers to the left, opening the door to an apartment complex and leading Josh up to his apartment. He unlocks the door and steps inside] not bad, right? I got some pity points and got this place for super cheap.Â
Besides missing you? Not much. Got some jobs as a production assistant here and there, directed a couple of short films but nothing important. Just trying to get my name out there still.Â
That's awesome. That's probably way more than a lot of people do in their lifetime when they move to LA. Seems like you've been busy, Jay.
[smiles, taking his hand and moving in to place a kiss on his neck] I would never mind doing anything with you.Â
[smiles at the kiss and then points in a direction of where they're going, leading the way. He lazily swung their arms back and forth]Â what've you been up to since I saw you last?
Cool. Let’s go. [gets up leaving the tab for Ryder to cover before making his way out of the coffee shop] Did you drive here? I took the bus.Â
[pays for their food and then gets out]Â nah I just walked. It's not that far, only a ten minute walk or something. I moved a few months back. You won't mind walking with me will ya? Hold my hand.
Why don’t we just go over to your place? I can visit the pup and get out of this noise, yeah?
That sounds like a way better idea. Let's go, on the way there you can tell me about all your fancy LA stuff.
Ry, [reaches across the table to hold his hand] Don’t I make you feel important? There’s plenty of schools and labs over there, you’ll find something you love, I promise.Â

That's at least wedding number two. Fingers crossed that this one lasts a little longer. Divorces are probably really expensive, right? Yeah, he did! I haven't visited yet because I'm broke as hell but whatevs. I'll get there eventually.
