SUMMARY: After a few stressful days, nothing sounded better than some movies and chill.

WARNINGS: None at the moment!

To say the least things have been more often than not stressful – between the rally and Socs just being their usual nuisance filled selves, Emily was more than happy to avoid all social interactions for the past few days, opting to being at home with her brother, mom and dad and just spending time as a family. It was something that she tried to do as often as possible if she was being completely honest with herself. But now that things have calmed down (at least on her end) getting out of the house didn’t seem like an awful idea.

And luckily for her, Finn decided to come to her rescue and give her plans for the day. Simple is as simple does and nothing was better than having a chill day with one of her closest friends. And she was more than happy to have that day with Finn, especially since like he said, they weren’t able to see each other that much with everything going on. So once she was changed into a sweater dress with some thigh high socks and with a coat and scarf on she made her way to the Hudson’s eager to get there and back into warmth.

“Special delivery for Finn Hudson.” the red head laughed at herself as she knocked on the door, tucking some hair behind her ear and leaning against the frame as she waited.

Finn still felt like shit from the night before and decided not to party hard. He glanced back at his texts between him and Santana, making a note that the girl’s name didnt seem too familiar. He gotten up, ate some food and drank some caffeine before he laid down onto the couch. He was glad that his parents were gone and Kurt was nowhere to be found, so he took that as a sign to actually have someone over.

He scrolled through his phone, seeing Emily’s name and lightly bit down on his bottom lip. He sent her a quick text, and glad that she would come over. He gotten up, popped some popcorn, along with grabbing the stash of soda they had and went back into the living room. As he placed the soda’s down, he heard Emily knocking on the door. He quickly went down the stairs the best he could, and opened up the door for the girl.

“C’mon in.” He said as she stepped to the side and shut the door behind her. “Here, let me take your coat.”
