Ogni anno quando si avvicina luglio non vedo lāora di salire in montagna nella casetta della mia infanzia.
Anche questāanno era cosƬ, però da qualche giorno le cose sono cambiate. Ho unāansia costante che non mi fa nemmeno uscire di casa, quando parlo mi sento come se tutto quello che esce dalla mia bocca sia un enorme errore e mi pare che tutti mi giudichino.
Il giudizio altrui, è qualcosa che mi sta mandando fuori di testa! Ogni tanto mi smembra di sentire i loro pensieri. Mi sembra di sentire le loro menti che si chiedono perché io non chiusa la bocca, perché faccio così schifo, perché mi soffermo su piccole briciole di felicità quando in realtà sono così miserabile che sembro quasi uno zombie.
A volte mi chiedo se le persone sappiano cosa mi passa per la testa, ho paura che se sapesseo mi giudicherebbero. Ho paura che capiscano che sono semplicemente una povera pazza 21enne che ancora non sa che farsene della propria vita perché è troppo impegnata a tentare di capire il casino che ho in testa.
