Passionate Duo
It seemed what he had put down wasn’t all that amazing. But it really was all he could think up. “Yes?” The boy answered, absently munching on some fries.
He didnt actually know much about Johto, so if his list wasn’t that amazing, that was no fault of his own - right?
Hearing Green mention the forest, Fire thought for a moment. “Oh the shrine thing in the forest? I think I heard something about that involving time travel legends but I couldn’t remember what it was called.” He admitted. Who would know more about this region? That kid who challenged him before? What was his name? Ethan…? Yeah that sounded about right. That kid would have been really helpful for this task. But at the same time, while he thought this, he also couldn’t imagine handing over the task to someone else.
Green entrusted him with helping him, so the least he could do was try his best to assist with the research. Being handed back the notebook, the boy began to jot down some pokemon names.
As if he would cheat at that. Please, did Green not know him? He wasn’t that big of a cheater. There was still some honour he held.
Hurriedly, the boy wrote down some pokemon names: Lugia Ho-oh Entei Suicune Raikou the little green one. Celeby? He crossed that out to correct the spelling because that wasn’t right. Celebi.
“I think that’s all of them. But I’m not sure if I’m right or not.” Fire said, handing the notebook back to Green. He had at least succeeded in not using his pokedex for this. One point for him.
Now that all his fries were gone, Green went to move onto his burger, but the other male had already finished his list before he could even take a bite. Closing his eyes, he took a bite anyway, taking his sweet time before setting the burger down and taking the notebook back from Fire after wiping his hands clean with a towel.
“Looks right. ‘Little green one’….” he muttered, not caring about the part that was crossed out. He took his pen and started writing down the types these Pokémon were, and the areas of where some were spotted. This is what Professor Oak told him, at least.
“Suicune is the one I’ve seen. That… Eusine guy follows it, so he gives daily updates. He might as well have his own news channel.” he scoffed, not liking the man’s obsession over a single Pokémon.
“The three Legendary Dogs are cool, though. I also heard there’s a new dog legendary. You might want to look into it.” getting off-topic just a bit, Green. He waved his hand to disregard what he said for now, before Fire gets too pumped up about it.
“Entei has a connection to Unown… we could use them as a start. But they have little purpose from what I’ve seen besides language.” they were cute, but the pokedex so far only had one ability on them, and Green knew that if one was alone, then they were rather… weak compared to in a group. “Have you looked into them?” he’s seen some of the ruin, but he was in a hurry when he explored it before.
