Finally released a true game on the Google Play Store! Infinite running, with a platform shooter twist!
I made a soundcloud! Here is another song I made, not too sure where to put this song, either.
A song I made today for the game! Sounds a bit chiptune-ish. Not sure which level will use this song yet.
First time making a gif, but here is some boss action!
Finished the first boss. Now I just need to fix up my save-game programming. After that, its demo time!
Development is going incredibly smooth. My next hurdle will be designing a level within the open world. Which isn't very hard.
I've added dialogue, and a nicer upgrade system. Still refining the graphics for it, but its getting there!
I pushed aside the old GAH engine, and made a powerful new engine from the ground up. The result? An upgradeable, wall kicking, air dashing, Metroid style exploration, platform shooter.
Green Armored Hero is back, again. This time, no more games.

Update
I haven't stopped working on this game. I've just been too busy with nonsense. Once I get time, I'm going to overhaul my production, and introduce a new main character sprite, as well as new particle effects and an actual boss battle demo.
Still thinking of an ice pun for this guy to say. Meet Boreas, a titan. You'll fight him, Megaman style. And yes, he is already fully programmed. The next game update will feature him! These are how most bosses will be.

Did somebody say boss character? Yes.
I figured a game is still a game, and alpha testing can be boring. So I'm going to add on a Simulated Combat Dimension. Here, you'll be able to play through many (tough) levels. So while waiting for actual new levels, there will be plenty of other things to do in the mean time!
Among this update, is acceleration while walking. So far I enjoy it, but we will see if it is a good feature soon!

Hiatus
I have not been able to apply many updates to GAH lately, due to it being finals week at my college. However, I hope to release some goodies as soon as I get a chance to.
Downloads are almost at 100. It is already more than I can expect. I wanted to say thank you, and I hope you all can stick with me as I build an awesome game.
The game has been updated at the Android market! The update should register soon. With it, you'll have a new level and some bug fixes!
The new level has a strange floating thing in the beginning. I'll have to take that out next update. Also, the music stops if you're in one of the separate ruin rooms.
Oh well. Next update, the ruin boss! And a new level!

Almost done! I'm going insane adding to this level. But I have to remember, there will be plenty of content after initial release anyway. Only problem now? Deciding what kind of boss to make!
Rest assured the level will be done soon! Once the first levels are made, making extra little fun "challenge" levels will be super simple, and I can dish those out like, 10 a week.
