This week signified starting anew…. Every Friday in the 11 o’clock hour we will present a green home of the week. A green home can be a home with private outdoor space, common outdoor space or within a ¼ mile of green space such as parks, community gardens, lakes, rivers or any body of water for that matter. Of course a green home can also be built to be sustainable and/or energy efficient. some homes are even designed to meet the Passive House and/or the #LEED standard. That said our first #GreenHomeOfTheWeek is the Greenbelt, a high performance green building that is the first LEED certified residence in #Brooklyn and the first LEED certified performance space in New York City.
