Frieren Beyond Journeys End

So, everyone knows about anime. Well while I was obsessing over the song A Thousand Years by John Micheal Howell and JVKE. I found edits of their song being attached to videos of Frieren. I kept seeing them, and finally looked up what Frieren was. Apparently it’s a manga that has recently been turned into an anime. The story follows Frieren, an elf mage who is taking the journey to Aureole also known as heaven in their world to speak to her friend Himmel who has passed. Before Himmel passed him along with a corrupt priest named Heiter, a dwarf warrior named Eisen, and Frieren had defeated the demon king. After Himmel died Frieren is upset she didn’t try to learn more about Himmel and that’s why she starts her journey to heaven. I’ll leave it at that. If this sounds interesting I suggest looking for the manga which has 147 chapters and is still going or watch the anime which can be found on Netflix which will have the first season.

Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End

Sooo….. Apparently the song A Thousand Years by John Michel Howell and JVKE has me on a choke hold. I found out earlier this week that the song was inspired by the anime Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End. My TikTok was flooded with Frieren edits, and now I’m watching the anime. The first season was finished in 2024 and has 28 episodes. The second season started releasing at the begging of 2026 and has 10 episodes out as of now. I love this anime so much and I am already on episode 8 of season one. I started watching today. This is what my friend calls as AP honors special ed, her way of saying I’m being autistic. Which I mean, I’m not diagnosed but this is a new hyper fixation that adds to the pile. Anyways, Frieren, go check it out it’s a great anime. I believe there is also a manga but don’t quote me.

Thoughts because of music

So there is this song called A Thousand Years that’s written by JVKE, the guy who wrote Her and Golden Hour, and John Michel Howell who is known for spinning a wheel and making songs in other people styles. Some of his songs include Cupid Hates My Guts, Carnival, Medusa, Puppet, and more. Point being these two artist came together and wrote. A Thousand Years. It’s an amazing song and people should go listen to it. While I’ve been listening, all I can think about is Polytrix and the girls singing this about the other two. It won’t leave my head, so I’m now putting it in your guys’s heads. Have fun.

Ship week 2026: KPDH

Ok, not sure if anyone has posted about this, but KPDH has a ship in everyday of ship week accept for Wednesday. Zoestery in 81-100, Rumira in 61-80, Rujinu in 21-40, and finally Polytrix in 1-20. Guys I can’t believe KPDH has done it. I knew that some ships would be there, but 4, and in almost in all 5 days, that’s crazy. I wished we had some more of the KPDH ships in there, but honestly I’m just happy Polytrix made it.

Fortnite: KPDH

4 months later since the first release of KPDH in Fortnite, and they’re back with the golden outfits. I impulse bought Rumi because she’s my favorite, and because I heard that when you get a kill her patterns light up. But there’s also Mira, Zoey, and Jinu skins as well.

Not blue or green or teal or turquois etc etc like yeah those are the colors of the sea and she's from Cali and loves turtles

KPDH: Edit based off of GTC

No one come at me, but I haven’t read the fic yet. In my defense I like completed works more, and I know the end is coming. Then I’ll read it, but I just remembered an edit someone made based off of GTC using Number One Girl by ROSE. I don’t know much about GTC, but from snippets I’ve heard and how Rumira are as a whole, the song felt right. Anyways everyone should watch it if the haven’t.

KPDH: Age Regressed Rumi

Ok, maybe this is a bit weird, but I love age regressed Rumi. Like she’s the cutest little thing and Zomira are so sweet about it. I’ve been reading pretty much any fanfic I can get my hands on about Rumi’s age regression, and I love it. I believe there is a tag on ao3 that’s for age regressed Rumi, and I’m sure I’ve read all of the fics. But every once in a while I like to go back and reread them. It’s not my fault that little Rumi is adorable and Zomira just happen to be the best caregivers. If anyone wants to try and find me age regressed Rumi fics, go for it, definitely haven’t seen it all, but also not really sure how or where to look.
