One thing I’ve noticed
The longer you restrict, the easier it becomes. After a while, you literally won’t want to eat. The hunger disappears and saying no to food gets so easy. So when you give in and binge, you start the process all over. The more you eat, the more you’ll crave food and the harder it gets not to give into temptation. So don’t ruin things for yourself, keep it going. Stay strong and you will reach your goals.

does anyone else use this scale?
0-500kcal = low restriction
500-900kcal = high low restriction
1000-1300kcal = ‘normal’ day (as in a normal person my weight/height would eat)
1400+kcal = binge day
It’s not about being fat, it’s about never being thin enough

Cardio work out machines are actually best in intervals. It allows more fat to be burned in between intervals while your heart rate is still up.

10 min stationary bike
If you don’t have a work out machine at home or a membership to a gym, you can also jump rope, which is great exercise, walk, jog, or dance. Look up all the ways you can mindlessly burn calories such as tapping your foot.
