"I don’t worship Satan, because he isn’t real, and you should know by now that I wouldn’t care whether you consented or not."
"Or are you just saying that to cover up the fact that you're actually Satan."
"Talk less, walk faster."
"If you're going to sacrifice me to Satan, who I'm sure you worship, just know that I do not consent."
"You coming or not?"
"This better not take more than ten minutes."
"I’m not going back to work. And neither are you. We’re going on a little field trip."
"Are you fucking delusional? I didn't even punch you that hard."
"You put your hands on me again, and you’ll wish you fucking hadn’t."
"I think it's time for you to get back to work."
For me, it isn’t so much second guessing the job as it is my concern for others in those situations. But I have second guessed in the past, we all have.
Aren't you First Aid people supposed to like, go completely emotionless or something? Wouldn't that just make everything simpler?
"Isn’t that a part of feeling alive? Adrenaline kicking in when you’re on edge, that is."
"For some, maybe."
"I just can't find any kind of enjoyment in coming close to death after everything that's happened."
"Now fuck off before I feel like punching you again."
Oh, I know, but we all find ourselves feeling like that at some point, y’know?
I guess so. Certain situations make me second guess what I chose but... I'm -- Yeah. I understand.
"But I do feel alive. Especially when I run close to the walls like this. Don’t you?"
"I feel on edge -- anxious. Not alive."
"But I need to feel invincible, even if I’m not. And if a rabid makes me realize I’m not, then fine.”
"What you need to feel is alive. You can't really do that being shot in the head."
"I didn’t strike a nerve, did I?"
"Easy there, killer. No need to pop a blood vessel."
"And? ——- Oh. “
"W- what happened? Wait, it’s fine. You don’t have to tell if if you don’t want. I understand.”
"It's fine. I just want to remind you that no matter how strong you think you are, you're not invincible."
Voluntarily die, I guess, before it takes over. One quick shot to the head, that’s what they taught us, right?
You'd willingly risk your life, just to get outside of these walls? Fucking nuts.
"Oh please, the only hindrance here is you. And we both know you’re awful at patrolling. Not to mention protecting.”
Watch your fucking mouth, Rice. Last time I checked, I was the only one here with a loaded gun and combat training.
