i really need to start seeing a therapist again bc my health anxiety for my cat can’t be normal. like this is honestly affecting my life a lot and my baby truly has been healing for my heart and soul for a year now but now i’m in constant stress. i was obsessing over his breathing and took him to the vet and he has bronchitis. so he’s on antibiotics now but i’m seeing no changes so i’m spiraling again like what if it’s not working what if they missed something. and i’m trying to calm myself by saying they took an x ray like they would see if it was something more serious or that the medication is not done yet but. i can’t relax? i keep focusing on his breathing all the time that i’m with him. it’s genuinely so bad i keep crashing out. like is this normal for someone with a pet? or do i have a problem??
