Cheers to a Celebration
A few months ago, I bought an Irish whiskey. It was a special whiskey that I normally wouldn’t buy. It is a little more expensive than normal, but it is a unique experience. The whiskey cask was sent to a beer brewery where they aged a stout in it and then was sent back to the distillery where the whiskey was then aged in the same barrel. I have been holding on to it for a few months. I bought it with some friends when they were choosing beers to potentially have at their wedding coming up this October.
So tonight I decided to open my fine spirit up in celebration of things accomplished and things to come.
