I’m logging on here for the first time in a while because I have too much excitement and nowhere to put it.

I WAS SELECTED FOR LITTLEHEARTSLEARNING’S KUO KUO SPROUTS CAMPAIGN!!

I get to help build a school!! As most of y’all know, I’m a teacher myself, so this cause is really important to me. Obviously the Zoom calls with Eliza and Bob are amazing, and I acknowledge that I’m extremely lucky. I’m super excited for the opportunity to talk to them one on one, and it would be wrong for me to say that it wasn’t a motivation to donate. But I’m just as excited for the school and the opportunity for the kids to receive an education.

Ahhhhhhhhhh I was literally crying just a bit ago and now I have to get ready for school. Oh I can’t wait to tell my students!

people say “if you don’t lower your standards, you’re gonna end up spending your whole life alone!” like being a healthy, happy, financially independent single adult is actually worse than being stuck in an abusive and/or emotionally unfulfilling relationship with someone who isn’t willing/able to meet your needs. like no offense, but I think I’m gonna choose to be happy rather than throwing myself into a relationship just for the sake of being in a relationship.

Happy last BFSN! I took this selfie in my classroom this morning to show off my pink mask. Gotta love the Mean Girls references :)

I got into this show and the fandom right after the season 2 finale aired (which was a kinda crappy time to join ngl due to ship wars. But the FIC. The fic was AMAZING in 2015). I want to thank everyone for being the best thing I got out of this show. The kindness y’all have shown me has been incredible, and though our hearts were broken, we got through it together.

Special shoutout to Maggie, whose artwork is now proudly hanging in my apartment. I can’t imagine not getting the chance to meet and get to know you. Hopefully one day I can come visit you in PA or you can come to Texas!

I hope that tonight brings y’all peace, and that you continue to be inspired by Bellarke through fics, edits, etc. (s1-6 Bellarke. Idk a s7 Bellarke unless it’s AU). Long live Bellarke! They’re ours now and Jason can no longer hurt them :)
