Listen, 99.9% of it is garbage (sorry, not sorry) but I have thick skin, idc, I will skim through the garbage to find the hidden gem here and there.
Nothing I ever saw ever made me seriously upset either, covers do wonders at telling me exactly what NOT to click on. And if I do.. I click back, it's that easy.
You can also find some really obscure official art from the show, like has anyone ever seen these settei?? I feel like I have never seen some of these before browsing these sites

I don't go out of my way to avoid nsfw altogether.. but my experience has taught me that it's most likely gonna be really bad. Just go to fics for that, it's much much better, don't waste ur time.
