Dependent regression

A state of low independence, whether perma, semi perma, or of any other way. A general design inclusive to anyone who struggles to be independent in whatever way that means to the user.

This state of dependence feels severe enough to be seen as a dependency level of a different age group, for example, that of an eight year old, without necessarily taking the mindset of an eight year old.

Emotional Dependence regression

A specific type of dependent regression highlighting low emotional independence; relying heavily on others to regulate your emotions, self worth and decisions.

Examples include avoiding tasks in fear of being invalidated, asking for consistent reassurance, being incredibly indecisive… etc. This can otherwise be used to the interpretation of the user.

Functional Dependence regression

A specific type of dependent regression where user is functionally unable to do specific every day tasks due to physical or intellectual disabilities or any other reason.

Users functional dependency may feel similar to functional level of certain age groups, but depending on the user they may not be regressed to that age mentally.

Executive Dependence regression

A specific type of dependent regression where one finds themselves with low executive independence, this could mean many things to users, examples include-

anxiety, frustration, confusion or forgetfulness at daily tasks, being unable to perform more adult tasks like booking appointments, taking public travel alone, or cooking or any other interpretations from the user.

This regression is heavily influenced by executive dysfunction, and was made for people with this in mind, however is free for anyone who relates to use.

Symbols for each specific regression, you can put these on the general flag to state which specific flags you relate to, or not.

Dependre: dependent regressor version of “agere”

Dapple/dappled: dependre version of “little”

Emore: emotional regression version of “agere”

Teim (tame): emore version of “little”

Funreg: functional regression version of “agere”

Blank: funreg version of “little”

Exere: executive regressor version of “agere”

Cloud/clouded: exere version of “little”

(1) a gender relating to acoustics in our head which don’t actually travel through sound waves nor is it processed through our ear and therefore isn’t technically sound. Ex: narrators, music etc…

(2) a gender relating to visuals in our head which aren’t actually perceived through light nor is it processed through our eye and therefore isn’t technically sight. Ex: reading a book, anything via imagination u see.

Colours + symbols:

the green at the top represents physical sensation, as green is the colour we see most shades of, it tends to overpower other colours due to our sensitivity to it and we are more likely to assume things are green. This is also why it is at the top. Green tends to also be a representation of sounds that are easier to hear in the range of 500hHz.

The triangular yet blocky shape is a way to show off the vibrant shades of green as well as using a solid shape structure (triangle) which is known to be sturdy, in contrast to an abstract one which is harder to name.

The violet is identical in shape to the green, besides being flipped over. It represents the illusion of senses in our imagination, as it is considered rarer in nature, and the colour we see least of. It also tends to be a representation of harder to hear sounds.

Being identical in shape to the green mimics how we don’t tend to notice how abstract our imaginary senses truly are. The blockiness of the triangular shape also represents this, as we view the shape as a whole to be a triangle when in reality it’s not as easy to determine.

The two black stripes nearing the middle illustrate absence, with the dark blue hard to distinguish middle representing illusionary presence in the absence. Blue was chosen as it is both the closest to black as well as the colour between violet and green, serving both as visual appeal and the deception of senses in our brain.

Inspired by a Pinterest drawing and hand drawn by me, the snail in the middle represents the Cochlea which translated sound in our ear and is vital for interpretation. It portrays interpretation, as well as being both a portrayal of physical and mental sound.

The two black stripes nearing the middle illustrate absence, with the orange in the middle being a symbol of abstract visuals. Orange sits furthest from green and violet and is complimentary to blue. It’s well known for its bold nature, and serves the purpose of showing visual imagination; how it is both so clear and bold yet abstract; how we reificate them internally to process what our mind is conveying.

Inspired by an eagles eye, known to have the best retina in the animal kingdom, the symbol portrays interpretation and serves as both a symbol of physical visuals and mental visuals.

Notic Diagetigender

Otic: pertaining to or related to the ear

Non diegetic: sounds in film and television that exist outside of universe or aren’t heard by the characters, internal monologue counting.

Gender: gender

Noptic Diagetigender

Optic: anything related to the eye, vision, or light

Non diagetic: visual elements in television that exist for the audience but don’t exist in the narrative world; characters can’t see it.

Cānidalternial

A gender represented by concepts/themes and characteristics (etc) which are associated with dogs, but is not necessarily represented by dogs themselves.

Example this is not limited to:

a feeling of being related to the name “pup”, to collars, to tail wagging and even barking! But not in a way necessarily related with dogs.

Someone may have a gender related to dogs but it feels distinct and unassociated with particular characteristics.

Someone may feel these canine traits individually describe a separate animal species they identify more with, another living organism, or any abstract concept entirely, even simply nothing at all.

Feel free to use this as an umbrella term, make alternatives, and use!:D

*A flag related to people on TikTok who call me or others crazy and sick for seeing Jax as transfem even after episode nine, and are blatantly ignorant if they cannot see the vision despite it being fed to them on a plate*

This is a joke flag primarily created to soothe my anger for their denial.

This flag does not represent people who just have a different opinion on scenes before/after episode 9, because you’re not rude.

Etymology:

“Jax”- name for character in focus

“Wy”- derived from the Welsh word ‘egg’; relating to the trans egg metaphor

“‘N Stavix”- derived from the Welsh word ystafell meaning “room”; relating to the common saying, “elephant in the room”

Content:

Thick dark dull blue stripe:

Represents frailed masculinity, it being placed as the top stripe shows how Jax fronts as a masculine man in a way that it is being worn out and exhausts Jax.

Dark purple stripe:

Represents Jax as a being; how her world view has been tainted and affected by the need to be masculine, negatively impacting her and others.

Thin white stripe:

The white represents the emptiness in people’s heads for not being able to see the obvious signals that Jax is trans.

The thinness represents my waining patience for them.

The placement of being in the centre specifically represents shallow media literacy, only able to see the tip of the iceberg (this being the stripes above)

Light purple stripe:

Represents Jax as a being; softer and more vulnerable, underneath the white, something she fears.

Baby pink:

Represents transgender rebirth to specifically feminity and being a women/ feminine leaning gender.

Middle finger censored:

Representing both my hatred for these jackass’ and how they may just Be ragebaiting me and it’s working.

Conclusion:

This post isn’t to say you can’t have your respective opinions, it’s just to say you have to have watched the movie with your eyes closed if you find me an absolute insane individual who should be executed for believing she’s transfem (:
