This time when he cut it he allowed the knife to scrape the plate (so that the shrill sound would cut the ears of the opinionated). He had not invited any critique after all.

Temperance play’d, leaning over with fingers connecting onto those fingers that would fiddle the keys with their useless fingers. Such a travesty indeed, the man who cannot play because his grudge were too strong for them to continue playing, those bones ached with rage, so he would HELP with the playing, but least that voice can sing

           How dare the arms of god’s beloved encircle him? Pity him? Mock him?

His vengeful hands at last rose up but not to glide along familiar keys in search of harmony. He chose a different resonance by way of grasping the lid and bringing it down on Mozart’s meddlesome fingers.

So old- so old- those brittle bones must be the age of OLD, someone who is all washed up and cannot even play because they let their emotions get the best of them.  How pathetic.

He gripped the ivories tightly whilst turning in his seat, body as rigid as grudge. At last he lay his murderous eyes ‘pon the smiling face of god’s beloved. Rage scalded his bones, ever bubbling and boiling under his skin, and spewing its toxins into his lungs until he was robbed of his breath. The only sounds that could escape him were guttural groans.
