very curious who will text me on my birthday .. i really wonder if my old best friend will text me. because i wished her a happy birthday after we hadn’t talked in forever so now i wonder if she will or even remember. i wonder if any of my old coworkers will… i guess we’ll find out in 3 days 💀

i hate it in shows how there’s a little ditzy character and they’re like reasonably ditzy in the first season and maybe the first few and then by the last they are completely unrecognizable… one of the worst things that can happen in life. bad character development and bad writing 😞😞

vaped too much yesterday so i’m going through nicotine withdrawal for like the 3rd time in 2 months now. which is fun. at least it only lasts a day. but i’m sooo hungry like i’m just devouring everything in sight to get rid of the cravings it’s so bad

i had a very normal and .. kind of good day. for the first time in a while. i mean i definitely had my little intrusive thoughts and they did indeed scare me but i didn’t have an anxiety attack or a breakdown. i did shit that i used to enjoy and it felt good. wow. crazy how that works. hoping for more good days

all i do these days is lay in bed and watch friends reruns. but those usually end around 4pm so then i go up a few channels to the seinfeld reruns… exciting stuff going on in my life. i work all weekend but monday is my last day❤️ so i guess i can’t complain that much. but anyways currently watching more friends reruns trying to not let the demons invade my mind
