The mech quickly became sullen, shuffling while contemplating his response

“I have… at one point or another.. contemplated the possibility of getting a.. ‘jet pack’ I haven’t decided if it’s more or less demeaning than the current state that I am in.

I wouldn’t be able to control it as I did before, there are hookups that could allow for internal configuration but it wouldn’t be the same. I feel it would only cause me to long moreso for what I have lost.“

There was then a tug at his cloak

“Maybe that’s where a wing WOULD have been, if some Underclocked simpleton with a plasma cannon had actually paid attention to the battle field!”
