rewatching the rings of power and it's so striking to me how much of tolkien's spirit this show retains. it's not perfect, but by god is it sincere. there's so much love in it.

I don’t care what haters say, this show is what motivated me to know Tolkien's work instead of just LOTR and the Hobbit. Rekindled my passion for literature and philology. The Silmarillion is close to a Bible to me now.

Being a Feeler Over Being a Thinker
