I haven't been this sore since I first got into weight lifting several years ago. I'm pretty beat up this week. So much so that I had to force myself to eat today because I was so sore and tired that I actually lost my appetite. Mark that on your calendars folks, it's rare I don't feel like eating! #alwayshungry That's when you need that nourishment the most. Ate some dinner, and I'm going to soak tonight. Saturday will be spent foam rolling and stretching and doing some kettlebell drills. Sunday rest day. "Murph" on Monday. (at The Badass Crater of Badassitude)

Although it's not perfect, I like to use MyFitnessPal to track my nutrition especially if I'm trying to drop a little body fat. What you see here is my "magic combo." When I tweak my macros to about these ratios, I have the greatest success with fat loss while maintaining energy levels and staying strong throughout my workouts. Everyone has different magic numbers.
