Soooo I've pretty much been on edtwt the past 2 weeks and I can freely say that it's much more active than here! Probably I'll switch completely sooner or later
if im not underweight by this Christmas there's gonna be a fat corpse under the tree.
Me going from eating under 300 cals, to over 1000, to then fasting all in the span of a week.
Oh my gosh...I'm actually at 60.5kg rn..I got on & off the scale about 6 times cuz I literally couldn't believe the number i was seeing. Actually surprised I managed to stick with this for so long without a single binge despite the plateau I had for a while there

Couldn't believe it, even if it's 200g difference it made me feel so relieved seeing that after being stuck at 61.3 for so long, also after a day of eating/drinking it's very good!

Weigh in: 61.1kg / new lw in a very long time!
I'm so annoyed at the fact i haven't been losing even though I'm the whole time restricting, over the last 7 days I was consuming mainly 500 calories every day with one day exception of 600 and 1000 when I had pizza, on July 7 I weighed 61.3kg and now it's 13th of July and I'm still the same, and couple of days ago I went up to 61.8 -62kg. Makes me angry but I'll continue keeping up with it, I'm hoping I'll see a lower number tomorrow. My job is very active and it doesn't really make sense

Just because people "don't care about your w3!ght" doesn't mean they can't see it hanging off of your body.
They "don't care", and then start treating you so much better when you lose it.
Terrified to weigh myself cuz I feel so so bloated right now and in pain after waking up...That pizza really messed with my stomach .-. How could it not tho when I have a gluten intolerance 😺
My boyfriend ordered pizza on work and I'm absolutely terrified...It's one of the top foods that trigger me into binges and I promised myself only 2-3 slices. It's 10am rn and our work break is at 6:30pm. Not going to eat anything today to make up for the couple of slices . I don't even want to know how many calories they are :-)
At first I refused to eat it and told him I didn't want any of it and he said that i'll have to eat it even if he has to force me to 🥴
I'm scared I'm gonna binge sooner or later cuz I've been awake since 8am and I'm already so hungry.-.
Yeaaa...I ended up eating 3 small-medium slices :-) And 2 KitKat chocolates..Someone pls kill me, all of that together is probably 1000 calories if not even more, I'm terrified to weigh myself tomorrow and feeling so disgusted with myself..Not coming home with an empty stomach is feeling so wrong and unclean, and the worst part is I'm still hungry
