Yesss let them be happy!!! They deserve it!! Oh gosh do Orange or Lemon ever wear baggy clothes out in public when theyâre full after a big meal? Because I can just imagine Orange in some baggy sweatshirt to try to not draw attention to himself and Lemon always coming up behind him and putting his hands in Orangeâs sweatshirt pockets to secretly get in a few loving pats without anybody noticing (everybody notices anyway). Or one of them eats so much their clothes donât fit and they have to resort to some pretty flowy dress, which drives the other crazy
He would be so ashamed of that. in general he feels quite shy with public displays of affection, imagine more shy is when Lemon does something that he thought he was rather private for the first time in front of other people!
And of course, Lemon fails quite deliberately to be discreet.

Elliott glanced at his phone, feeling a nervous sweat gathering on his brow. It was quarter to eight. Micahâs evening soccer practice would be over soon, and once he was back in the dorm, Elliottâs study session with Elijah would likely wrap up. It was now or never for this thing heâd been wanting to ask, the little burning thought that heâd been saving for a moment when he and his friend had some time to themselves.
Theyâd had nearly two hours of alone time and he still hadnât brought it up. He was terrified, to be honest, because â well, it was so weird. What if Elijah laughed him out of the room? What if he got uncomfortable and froze up? What if he thought Elliott was a freak for asking and didnât want to be his friend anymore?
But⌠Elijah would never do those things. Elliott knew he wouldnât, and the therapist heâd started seeing at the university health center had been talking to him a lot lately about trust and vulnerability and challenging his catastrophic thoughts. So he cleared his throat and blurted out, âElijah, can I â can I ask you something?â
